They never came to clean the room the whole time I stayed there. Trash never picked up. bed was hard as a rock. I slept on the couch. 5 days no thash pick up!

2nd time, turned to last

This was my 2nd time staying here. The 1st time, I was satisfied. This time around I had a hard time being ok with it. I didn’t appreciate the smell of the room. The water was brown when I turned it on. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned often. There were always people hanging out around the hotel. Just didn’t feel comfortable. They always asked for cigarettes.

Booked last minute and was immediately given instructions to check in. The hotel is more a self service but that’s exactly what I needed for my diving lesson. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is phenomenal, central of all the restaurants and walks from the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were okay. The services however were terrible. We couldn't connect to the wifi most of our stay. The beds were hard as rocks. We couldn't watch the T.V cause it was not available in english even after they changed the T.V. we still had problems with it. There was no phone in our room which made it hard to ask for help. The front desk was always closed which made it everything even harder. I would not recommend this place to anyone going to Saipan. However we were grateful for two of the staffs there namely Peter and Alan who were able to come to the hotel and assist us during the late hours when we had problems in our rooms.

위치는 아주 좋아요. 그런데 하우스키핑 서비스가 아주 별로였고, 호텔통해 예약했던 액티비티가 픽업시간도 안지키고 이야기했던것과 다른조건... 불쾌했습니다.

주인 불친절. TV없음(깜놀했음).조식포함선택 후회막심(절대선택비추).엘베없고 ,객실 출입문 열고 닫기 완전 힘듬(이거 호텔 맞나 싶음) 위치 나름 좋고 에어컨 상태 좋고 침대가 넉넉해서 4인가족 여행에 좋음.
