Wonderful stay

The villa was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We have stayed in Sainte Maxine a number of times, and although the location doesnt have a view like other properties we have rented, it is quiet yet close to the town and beach, but be prepared for a steep walk back. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Just as good second time around

This was our second stay and the villa didnt disappoint. As a couple we love the inside and outside space, the garage to keep our e bikes safe, and the location close to Ste Maxime centre - we have returned home fitter again after walking the steep hill every day.

A lovely vacation

An amazing house. Cosy, very clean and it has everything you need. The pool is beautiful and Well maintained. The owners are very friendly, and the communication proceeded quick and good. We would love to come back!

Beautiful house & perfect location

We stayed here for a week in August and loved our stay. The house & pool are both very comfortable and very well tended. The pool was especially attractive for our teenage boys (12 & 15). But the biggest asset of the house is its location, within walking distance of the beach and the city centre. Highly recommended!

Lovely Villa in a perfect location

Villa very well equipped, great space and layout with a beautiful outside area for eating and chilling. Pool was great, with a wide step for sitting and keeping cool. Villa in a very quiet location but still just 10 mins to beach in St Maxime and relatively easy to get to other beaches. Note that traffic is very busy in August on the coast road, particularly towards St Tropez. Would highly recommend this villa and area.

Awesome House

Very nice house with everything you need. Very well equipped (grill, washing mashine, garage, kitchen equipment). The communication with the landlords was always very friendly, helpful and quick. We are coming back!

Family time

We were looking for a villa that would accommodate us all, had a heated pool and was within walkable distance of the town. We know Sainte Maxime well so knew this would suit us perfectly. Villa Plein Sud did not disappoint. It is well appointed and comfortable. For us, the addition of a proper shower over the bath upstairs would be beneficial for easier use. We had a lovely holiday and would book again.

Wir sind nun seit ein paar Tagen wieder zu Hause und denken gern an die schöne Zeit in Frankreich zurĂŒck. Die Villa ist fantastisch. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht - und auch was man nicht unbedingt benötigt . SĂ€mtliche elektronischen GerĂ€te sind vorhanden, eine sehr schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, alles ist super sauber.Die outdoor KĂŒche ist ebenfalls sehr gemĂŒtlich und praktisch. Dort kann man die Abende bei einem guten Essen ausklingen lassen. Der Garten ist wunderschön gestaltet und der beheizte Pool ist das "HerzstĂŒck". Zum Strand und in die Stadt lĂ€uft man gerade mal 15 Minuten. Der Empfang durch Sandra ist sehr herzlich und sie hat uns auch alles gut erklĂ€rt. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder hierher zurĂŒck wenn wir das nĂ€chste Mal in St. Maxime sind.

La maison correspond bien à la description, néanmoins rien à proximité à moins de 25 minutes en marche rapide du centre de Sainte Maxime. Piscine bien chauffée et les petits enfants en ont profités extérieurs et jardin trÚs agréables. TrÚs au calme.

Ein wundervolles Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Saint Maxime sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr schön und es war bei unserer Ankunft ausserordentlich sauber. Im KĂŒhlschrank stand eine Flasche leckerer Rose und der Empfang war herzlich!Ganz besonders schön ist der Poolbeteich mit dem großen beheizten Pool und dem gepflegten und wunderschönen Garten! Das Haus ist sehr großzĂŒgig und man hat alles, was man braucht..

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem sehr schönen Haus sehr genossen. Der beheizte Pool war wirklich ein Highlight. Lediglich die sehr weichen Betten haben uns etwas Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Aber das heißt wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Huis was zeer netjes, Ook fijne airco. Veel in zwembad gezwommen. Het is wel een stijle klim van Sainte Maxime naar het huis. Maar verder genoten van het verblijf.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren drei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Neben den vielen Annehmlichkeiten, die das Haus bietet, ist der Pool besonders hervorzuheben. Er hat immer 28°C und wird zwei Mal in der Woche von einem Pool-Service gereinigt. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Wohngebietes und bietet daher wenig Infrastruktur in Sachen Restaurants und Bars. FĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe haben wir ebenfalls immer das Auto benutzt. Auch die SpaziergĂ€nge mit unserem Hund gestalteten sich schwierig, da es keine GrĂŒnflĂ€chen in der NĂ€he gibt. Wenn man auf hohem Niveau etwas bemĂ€ngeln wollte: wir hĂ€tten uns zumindest an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmer Fliegengitter gewĂŒnscht, diese waren jetzt im Juni doch sehr lĂ€stig.
