Smiley Cheerful and helpful,Clean room,Excellent Breakfast and they let me put my mobility scooter in the entrance lobby which was greatly appreciated,we have stayed there many times in the last 20 years ,It's a great location on the seafront and close to the town ,We highly recommend it . Christina and Sondrine on reception 10/10 .and the ladies Sidique /Sondrine at breakfast ! An excellent stay and we do not hesitate to recommend it to all ! Merci to all at Hôtel de la Plage XXX <3"

"This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at when in France, goose down white quilts, fresh bed linens, fluffy soft pillows, and comfortable mattress allow a weary vacationer/traveler to get a good night's sleep. The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. At the staff is very helpful and accommodating- especially Sheena who speaks French & English. I highly recommend this as the hotel to stay at in Rouen. Fitting it is situated right next to tower/dungeon where St. Joan of Arc was kept as a prisoner. They have beautiful portraits and art work in the restaurant of St. Joan."

"Positif : La chambre toujours impeccable, propre et spacieuse. Une télé digne de ce nom, agréable à regarder, des lumières adaptées font le travail. Double rideau bien sombre donc pas de réveil à cause de la luminosité. Piscine propre et de bonne température. Bains de soleil nickel. Petit déjeuner en buffet impeccable et bien achalandé. Négatif : Hammam trop chaud et pas assez "d'humidité". ca fait pas l effet escompté, désolé. Neutre : Comme l année dernière, le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel, bien dommage (dessert riz au lait fait avec le mauvais riz et burger pain dur !)"

"Large comfortable room, excellent restaurant and one of the best breakfasts I have ever seen, if not the best. The hotel is lovely and so are the staff and a great location for getting back on the motorway. Nice to have a fridge in the room as not many hotels have these now. "
