Practical and beautiful view

The house was small but very practical, with fold-up beds and everything needed for 2 adults and 3 kids. The view from the balcony priceless and the location quiet but in the well served little holiday village. Nothing was missing in the kitchen and the house was clean. The owner answered very fast to all messages. Very recommended, especially for short stays.

Nous connaissions déjà ce village vacances. Très pratique surtout avec des enfants. Les loisirs sont sympas ainsi que les piscines. L’appartement est fonctionnel, avec un balcon vue mer et golf. Les meubles cuisines demanderaient un peu de rafraîchissement comme la salle de bain. Pour quelques jours c’est satisfaisant. L’hôte Nicolas est réactif et nous avons eu tous les renseignements nécessaires malgré notre réservation du jour pour le lendemain. Parfait pour un séjour en famille

appartement vétuste avec certains mobiliers cassé s et moisissures dans salle de bain et wc.Heureusement que le soleil étais au rdv pour passer le moins de temps possible dans les lieux Je suis étonné des avis précédents vu l'état de l'appartement et je ne comprends pas comment on peut loué ceci,chaise cassé porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas. Propriétaire difficile a joindre nous avons eu le code de la boîte a clés après 16h et la personne qui gère le linge n'était pas au courant de notre arrivée...heureusement elle a été réactive. Place de parking attribuée a été occupée tout le long du séjour seul point positif la vue et l'emplacement

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement, les plus de ce logement : pas loin de la mer, la verdure autour du golf, beaucoup d'arbres et une vue magnifique mer et montagne, La boulangerie, très sympa, était ouverte avec du pain chaud tous les matin, bon faut y aller ! c'est sport !Les moins : Le parking loin de l'appart avec dénivelé important, beaucoup d'escaliers, pas d'emplacement pour poser les vélos (heureusement nous avions un fourgon), le chauffage pas allumé à notre arrivée (appart très froid a cette époque de l'année). Le complexe Pierre et vacances, désert à cette époque, doit être plus agréable l'été pour les personnes qui cherches la foule ? Ah oui, propriétaire très réactif pour remplacer un flexible de douche défectueux à notre arrivée. Merci ! Globalement nous avons passés une semaine agréable et très ensoleillée fin décembre et merci pour le parking couvert avec badge, c'est vraiment un plus car j'avais laissé mon véhicule une nuit à l'intérieure du complexe (avec accord d'un vigile) 96 à la sortie.

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. L‘hôte était très gentil et l‘appartement impeccable. Le seul bémol: à quatre l‘espace dans l’appartement était quand même un peu juste. Par contre, le petit balcon était formidable (protégé du soleil mais vue sur un coin de la mer) et évidemment la région est magnique. En plus l‘appartement se trouve à un endroit dans le village pas loin du centre mais protégé du bruit.

Communication avec le propriétaire très moyenne. Concernant le matériel bouilloire en panne ,impossible de nettoyer le sol car pas de matériel adapté . Et pour couronné le tout la personne a qui je devais rendre les clés n'était pas au courant.
