Excellent family run boutique hotel right in the centre of the action. The breakfast consisted of home-made baked goods, eggs ham, cheese, fruit, toast, yoghurt cereal, all very nice. The family who run it are very, very helpful in every way and very accommodating. The room was very smart and up to date. It was an excellent choice, thank you.

The Bristol Union is ideally located to explore the historic element of St Malo and the near by beaches. The proximity to car parks and the ferry port is useful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room just as described, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

A nice cozy hotel

Bristo is a nice cozy hotel, we feel warm welcoming from booking confirmation email to our acutal check-in and check-out. Situate at central of old Saint-Malo area, where the main attraction and good restaurant are all nearby, we love this hotel and will certainly come back if we have next visit to Saint-Malo.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location inside the walls of the old city, not far from the parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and the breakfast room charming.

Arrived on early morning ferry and very pleased to be able to leave cases ahead of check-in. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were excellent and we were thrilled to be upgraded. Breakfast was fantastic with many lovely homemade items. Our gluten-free friend was also catered for which was appreciated. Thank you very much, we hope to see you again :)
