Very clean and nice views. Housekeeping was A+. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice lobby bar with game room where you can have a drink, smoke Cuban cigars and watch a game. Piano player wonderful. Spa and pools/hot tubs perfect. You can not go wrong with this wonderful hotel!"

"Loved Mont Cervin Palace! Amazing Matterhorn views from the room, Grill Le Cervin served fantastic grilled meats and fish—perfect après-ski dinner. Ski rental right in the hotel plus secure lockers made everything so easy. Super convenient location in Zermatt, great staff, and the spa was a nice bonus. Can’t wait to return!"
