This is a very interesting property with a lovely pool and a 5 min walk to the beach. The whole property looks and feels very tired and in need of significant maintenance and overhaul - faded glory. Our room was small and tired, although the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful grounds but with missed opportunities for, for example, a sunny patio for relaxing and enjoying drinks. The breakfast was typical buffet-style and nicely presented but with little fruit. We ate at the restaurant once but found the quality did not warrant the cost. As there are lots of alternatives within a 10 minute walk, we were looking for something special for our last night but it missed the mark, although the sunset views are spectacular. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Would certainly return to Saint-Cyr-Sur-Mer again as the beach was delightful, but would look for something more modern.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely location close to the beach, shops, bakeries, cafes and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed both sea view and garden rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a few meals and drinks that were comparable price wise with external restaurants. The pool was refreshing and music night enjoyable.

Older property in historic building with lots of French Rivera charm. Smaller room but the fantastic view of the property and Med made up for it... see pics. Combined with standard Best Western amenities = a good night's sleep. Spent two nights here and did not eat at the hotel as there are 20+ resturants on the beach promenade a short walk away. Uber to Hotel from train station... $11eu... six minutes. Too far to walk.

1920's Chic, but does need some TLC.

Once an elegant property, is now very tired and dated. Its badged up as BW on the marketing material, however there is no sign of BW on the entrance, nor is it up to BW normal standards. The property is in need of immediate upgrading. Now the positives: The staff were all amazing and could not do enough. The pool is excellent. Room 234 has a fantastic balcony, with all day sun and fantastic sea/mountain views. (Definitely worth paying the premium price for) The shabby chic feel is very attractive in the reception, dining area and main lobby, The rooms however are not so. After speaking with one member of staff i was made aware that BW had only owned the property for 6 months and had "Grand plans", which included a conference centre, health spa, full upgrade of all the rooms etc, which, is needed, but i hope not at the determent of the lobby's interior.

As other have pointed out this is an older Belle Époque hotel which has lots of fading charm and some real character. It’s set back from the busy seafront in a large tropical garden - we had a sea facing room on an upper floor so the view of the sea and coast as well as the gardens was beautiful. The room was spotless, but small (that may just be the level of room we booked however). Some parts of the hotel could do with some tlc but for the location - a minute or two’s walk from the beach - it was good value. The pool is medium sized and was busy with families, but there seemed to be room for everyone and it was friendly (it was August, so the whole of the Côte d’Azur is super busy!). The staff at the hotel were very helpful and breakfast on the terrace was decent. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there is a wide choice of dining options on the seafront and the road just back from the beach - at all levels and prices. There is a huge parking area by the back of the hotel and a lift from that level, so it was easy to unload and load up.

Really nice, older hotel(needs some tlc).Pool was great. Breakfast was ok. Many options. Hotel bar not especially interesting. Nice room(we stayed in a suite, dont know about others rooms). Nice view. Cast on TV didnt work.

Un hôtel pas facile d’accès, mais très sympa quand on arrive enfin Accueil sympa sans plus et première mauvaise surprise (malheureusement compris trop tard) la porte de la chambre fait face a l’ascenseur et un carillon assez puissant sonne quand la porte s’ouvre ce qui m’a réveillé à 6h15 6h55 7h15 …. Soirée dansante très bruyante pour la fête de la musique (sans mail pour prévenir) et ça gâche quand même un peu la quiétude du lieu … Buffet de petit dej assez vide à 9h30 Allez y pour la vue mais pas pour plus
