Basic but ok

Basic accommodation- good for just a place to rest your head after exploring the Normandy beaches. Did not utilize the breakfast buffet so can not comment. Friendly staff when they are in twice a day. Near two groceries so easy to grab snacks and such.

Arrived at 10:30 at night and hotel closed. Had to check in on a machine outside. After a stressful time we called the help line who talked us through the process. Room above entrance couldn’t ask to change as no staff on site

Had to leave this hotel and lost our money. We checked in a machine outside the hotel. Area at night not safe for solo female travelers. Assigned a room on first floor. No air conditioning and the only source of ventilation was a window to open which was large enough for someone to come in the room without a problem. This obviously wasn’t an option because of safety. Packed up my things and headed to hotel across the street which was excellent, with friendly staff and great rooms. Terrible experience and money loss.

De har ikke aircondition på hotellet, så rommene kokte, når vi hadde vinduet åpent våknet vi av bråk fra veien utenfor. Hotellet har ikke heis, så kryss fingrene på at du får rom i nederste etasje. Det var heller ikke lett å få sjekket inn. Personen i resepsjonen var kun fransktalende og vi måtte ty til google translate. Resepsjonen og inngangen var låst fram til 17 eller 18. Vi måtte legge om planene slik at vi dro på andre ting før innsjekk. Vi hadde booket to netter, men vi fant et annet hotell for natt nr 2 etter en varm og søvnløs natt.

Arrivée vers midi excellent accueil les gérants on pu nous donner une chambre malgré notre arrivée bien en avance. Petit aléa avec le boulanger arrivé en retard pour le pain et les viennoiseries pour le ptdj mais rien de grave et soucis avec le distributeur qui a bien pris nos euros mais n’a rien distribué. A part rien nous reviendrons si nous passons à Caen
