About this property

Quiet house with a garden and a patio; beaches are 15 minutes away; everything is nearby

  • A lovely new, modern, comfortable, and very well-equipped little house, tastefully decorated and, above all, very clean. The entire front of the house features large picture windows fitted with remote-controlled electric blinds, with direct access to the terrace and a lovely, very pleasant landscaped garden, complete with a large teak garden table and chairs plus cushions, two small wrought-iron garden sets, another seating area with two armchairs, one bench and one teak coffee table, and two teak lounge chairs with cushions—all designed so you can enjoy the garden from different angles. Saint-Brieuc, the city of the three magnificent valleys—Gouédic, Douvenant, and Gouët—enjoys an excellent geographical location, situated right in the heart of the Côtes-d’Armor coast. You can visit Saint-Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, or the Pink Granite Coast for a day trip, not to mention the wonderful islands and the authentic charm of our countryside.<br>We do our very best to provide you with a warm welcome, ensuring that you’ll have wonderful memories of your stay in our beautiful region.

Very well appointed, very clean and comfortable, nice linens, China and flatware and cookware if you like to prepare your own meals. Very happy with the wonderful hosts, the Robert’s. Will be back. Loved my stay there. Highly recommended.

A week on the Bretagne coast

Modern, private and great view of the garden in full bloom. Parking was no problem. Easy walk to grocery and also walked into central St Brieuc. Short drive to Gare SB. Nice drives to coastal destinations from St Lunaire to Ile de Brehat. Hosts were so hospitable! Memorable stay.

The friendly greeting from Myriam and Gilbert set the scene for a very homely feeling while staying at their place in St Brieuc.A compact, clean, warm unit with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was nothing lacking and would not hesitate in recommending Myriam's to anyone. Even though Myriam and Gilbert lived very close we never saw each other until we left and Gilbert was there to wish us well for the rest of our tripping around France. Thank you Myriam and Gilbert for hosting us at your place. It was a pity the weather wasn't good enough to get the benefit of relaxing in the garden. CheersPaul, Helen and Scott

    Magnifique jardin!

    Erholsamer Urlaub in St. Brieuc
