Authentic Captain's house in the long courtyard of the late 19th century

This house offers all the charms of a real family home where it is pleasant to meet to share the joys of holidays by the sea.
Completely renovated in 2012, it offers all modern comforts while retaining its charm and authenticity.

Each room has been fitted out and decorated in a warm and original way. Its enclosed garden will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of meals or naps in the great outdoors and your children will be able to play in complete safety.

On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, a double living room, a kitchen overlooking the garden and a WC.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a balcony, a bathroom with a large Italian shower and a separate toilet.
On the second floor are the other three bedrooms and a small bathroom with WC.
The basement consists of an equipped laundry room, a boiler room and a useful room for storing bikes and other beach equipment, overlooking the front side garden. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.
Ideally located in a small quiet street a few minutes walk from shops and beaches, this house is perfect for enjoying Saint Briac, a real gem of the emerald coast which inspired painters such as Gauguin and Monet.

The Dinard golf course located in the town of Saint Briac is a few hundred meters away, and numerous walks or bike rides will allow you to discover magnificent landscapes.

Je recommande cette location! Maison très bien située et avec du charme. Propre, en très bon état et bonnes literies. Bien équipée, mais une seule douche vraiment utilisable (pas de rideau ou paroi au 2e étage), en hiver c'est un peu court pour 10. Contacts téléphonique très faciles et si l'accueil sur place a été un peu compliqué, c'était conjoncturelle semble-t'il.

Nous recherchions une grande maison pour nous retrouver à St Briac le temps d'un week-end, pour marcher dans les environs. La maison était très conviviale, bien située dans le village, avec tous les commerces à pied, mais au calme. Vue mer pour 4 des chambres, ainsi que du séjour. Mise à disposition de lave linge / sèche linge si besoin. On a passé un très bon moment malgré une météo très capricieuse !
