"Our stay was everything that was promised. The premises were as luxurious as the surrounding could possibly permit (i.e., out in the middle of nowhere). The tent was relatively bug-free; the plumbing worked great; the bed was comfortable. "I had a great stay. Amr was a great host annd incredibly friendly, spoke great English, and made the whole check-in process smooth and easy. The place itself was modern, spotless, and had beautiful big windows with views. It’s also conveniently located, not too far from everything. Definitely looking forward to coming back!"

"Definitely worth using the Sheraton's Mercedes pick-up service from the airport, as their man breezed us through customs\passpoet control, took us to no-wait lines and escorted us all the way to the very nice car right out front, so no waiting, delay or hassle coming off an overnight flight 👍 People on our boat were stood up by 4.9 rated Viator pickup that never showed up and cost them hours at the airport. 🙄 Room was excellent, prices very reasonable to just eat in the hotel that was upscale and safe, with security protocols to make it a welcome place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. ✅"

"Nice older hotel with a beautiful view of both city and river. Ideal location, walking distance to Nubian Museum and ferries to Elephantine island. Friendly staff, welcoming and providing great recommendations with a smile (thank you Miriam at front desk) We had à la carte dinner- the juiciest tender chicken pieces in shish tawouk and fatty. Daily free breakfast buffet is epic- with fresh food, omelette station and the wide variety of breakfast pastries, yogurts, accompaniments. WiFi could be stronger in the rooms, works fine in the lobby area. "
