"Reasons for only one star (but some. Hope at he end):
- dirty linens, no top sheet on 3 of 3 rooms and one of our three rooms had no blankets, despite cold weather
- No hot water during the complete stay
- filthy stairs and common rooms in one building. This was under refurbishment, but nobody cared about the guests
- breakfast was not edible for Norwegians
- staff saying problems would be fixed quickly, but nothing happened, again and again
- obvious fake reviews on the site. Disgusting!

"It'not a huge hotel. Rooms are clean.
There isn’t a very large selection of dishes, which is actually a good thing. You can always choose between chicken, beef, or fish, with a couple of options for each. There’s also a selection of cold appetizers and desserts. The food is prepared quite carefully, and everything tastes delicious. Coffee is not disapointing as well. The staff are not intrusive.
The hotel is situated close to the airport but there is no noise pollution. There were some entertainments, but I managed not to face them, which, I guess, is also a plus. "

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, private beach was beautiful.
Staff in the whole were very good, polite and helpful. My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for people should didn’t return for over an hour.
Food is not labelled for allergens. This meant asking the staff every time, who were helpful but at times unsure and when asked if something had milk in a response was “maybe”. They did offer to cook something fresh but this isn’t what you pay for all inclusive for. Choice is expected.
Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and guests were well catered for with activities, food and drink"
"Good hotel, very friendly people and enjoyable views and walks inside the hotel and along the beach. The infrastructure is a memorable one. What we didn‘t really enjoyed is the quality of the room. It was clean, very clean, but the doors, the toilet and the small things wasn‘t in my opinion 5 stars worthy."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Boutique hotel, so much so we booked another week whilst we were there and we have booked to come back in April.
We had only been at the hotel for 2 days and we were upgraded to a sea view room.
The staff are so friendly it is like staying with family and the hotel is in the perfect spot to enjoy all the bars, restaurants and shops of the marina.
The beach is 20 seconds away and is clean and tidy.
We would give this hotel 10/10 and we will be back many times in the future "
