Dirty and rude

Check-in was not pleasant the staff is rude the rooms were very dirty haven't been swept the counters were dirty there were drugs left on the counter methamphetamines in the bathroom they harassed is when it was time to check out we ask for an extra five 10 minutes and they came 10 minutes early never mind if we had to be out and waited by the door but the room is very dirty and during this time of epidemic with a coronavirus I would think that they would make sure their rooms are extra clean but they were pretty disgusting that was not pleasant at all and the staff just wouldn't budge or cooperate or offer any compensation I was excited stay there but I would not recommend this with anybody that wants to stay at a pleasant hotel for the night

Room was not clean. Lock was broken, appeared that door had been broken down in past. Shower curtain falling out of wall. Room had strong stale smell. After checking in and seeing the condition of the room I asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. The man at the front desk was very nice about it and provided a full refund.

I booked a non smoker room but when I got there the manager said that they had a smokers room for me. I argued and showed him my booking receipt and he said that theirs did not match mine. So we ended up juat taking it because he said there were no more rooms available. When we got in the room there were scratches and dents all over the walls, a fist shaped hole in our bathroom door, and we found a cigarette bud, dirt, and what looked like mice droppings behind the night stand.

It was so filthy that we did not even stay. The walls had stains on them, it smelled like cigarettes even though it was a “non smoking” room, the furniture was broken, and it looked like the floors had not been cleaned for a while. Did not even dare to touch the bed. We basically paid 57 dollars to park there while we went out to a concert. Not sure how the health inspector could really give this place a passing grade honestly. Travelocity should seriously consider removing this place from their site so other people do not make the mistake of booking a room at this disgusting hotel.

Don't stay here, it's a dump. Dangerous. Loud. Smelly. And horrible service. I was woken up in the middle of the night by loud knocking and arguing next door, and then the cops came around 1am, and things eventually settled down. The next day I tried to get my $20 cash 'security deposit' back from the surly front desk staff and they wouldn't give it back to me.

The staff that checked us in was courteous. We requested 2 non-smoking rooms; but upon entering, both smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The smell was horrible. We stayed for one night only...will not come back again to this hotel.

My husband and I have stayed at this location before and I didn't have an issue. I was surprised that when I checked into the place, even though I pre-paid on line I was asked to pay a $ 20.00 cash deposit that will be refunded when I check out. I proceeded the next day to check out and he calls the maid and tells her room 110 is checking out please check the room. I got out back to the room, thinking my husband was still in the room and the maid was already there and I see 5 towels on the floor and I go back to finish check out and the man tells me sorry but I am not able to give you back your deposit the maid tells me that there is 2 towels missing... I was furious I told him that I don't take towels from hotel rooms and he needs to walk over there with me RIGHT NOW because I saw the towels on the floor. He looks at me and said there must of been a mistake and proceeds to return my $20.00 as though he is doing me a favor. I have never been so insulted.

The room was pretty run down. The clerk couldnt find the reservation I made under Stacy and I had to pay for another room. When I tried to talk to them about it they refused to refund the extra room that I had to pay for when I got there.

Not a Good Experience

Horrible stay! Not only was the parking lot so full of police when we got there that we couldn't even pull in, but the condition of the room was terrible! Paid "extra" for an in-room jacuzzi tub and couldn't even bring myself to use it. So much mold in the bathroom, the faucet was broken to the point that a steady stream of hot water flowed from it all night causing the whole room to be humid and damp. Even though we had paid for 2 full nights in advance, we ended up leaving after the first night. The bed was super uncomfortable with only a thin blanket available for use. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, others were not, and the stench of cigarette smoke was heavy and quite noticeable as soon as you entered the room. Very overpriced for the condition it was in.

Roaches

Do not go there! I saw a cockroach in the bathtub. One go up the bedroom wall, and one come in thru the A/C unit. Didnt get a wink of sleep. There were kids living on the end of bottom floor (next to me) that ran up and down the corridors on both floors most of the night. The towels looked like stained rags the maid shud be using. I didnt even pull back the sheets. Wow they werent kidding about Sacramento going downhill were they??

The bathroom showerhead did not work it just dripped from the connection it did not spray. The toilet although it did not overflow when you flushed it it continue to run.

モーテルとしては普通のクラス ただ大きな道路に面しているために騒音がして夜中に目が覚めました。また泊まってる人が騒いだり、あまりいい場所ではないようです。
