This is your typical roadside motel with some updates like fridge, microwave, coffee machine, Prime TV & the beds were comfortable. I like nostalgia & this place didn't disappoint. 😊 The pool & game room were fun too. Having an indoor pool is great for a place like Maine where the weather can change any minute. We will stay there again.

Conveniently located in the middle of Saco’s restaurants and Old Orchard Beach as well as other, more sedate beaches. The owner was super helpful and friendly, and the place was kept clean. One of the housekeepers appeared to be doing most of the work while the other two kept up appearances of looking busy, but not doing much. Despite this the place was still kept clean and orderly (that lady really did seem to be managing the cleaning by herself). Definitely coming back here!

The room had a mildew odor. There's no carpet so Im not sure where the odor was coming from or the cause, but all 4 of us smelled it immediately. The manager dismissed our concern as not possible because there were guests there who stayed 6 nights before us and did not complain and the house keeping staff also did not mention the odor. The AC unit is a windows unit with what appears to be duct tape around it. It also did not work properly, but the temperature in the room while a little warmer than our preference was not awful. My daughter felt the pool water was slimy, not sure I agree, but the pool was not cleaned well. The location was great. 10 minutes from Long Horn, 4 minutes from Ihop, and 7 minutes from Old Orchard Beach. I probably would not stay here again.

**Stayed here last weekend & couldn't be happier!** This hotel is an absolute gem. The room was spotless, super comfortable bed with great pillows, & everything felt fresh & modern. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful from check-in to checkout—went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved the convenient location right near great restaurants & easy highway access. Breakfast was a nice bonus with solid options. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Highly recommend—will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Walked in place smelled terrible. Lifted up the sheets and unzipped bed cover to find yellow and brown dark nasty stains everywhere. The coffee machine did not work. Back door kept popping open. Oh and not to mention bed bugs. Please dont waste the 100$ night on this place. Ruined me n my mom's trip.

The walls and register were dirty/ rusted. The toilet moved and turned sideways . The bedding was stained along with the shower curtain. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable. Need to provide some sort of way to mop/ clean up water when coming from pool. Pool was warm but dirty. There was a couple dead bugs.

Floors were not cleaned at all before we got into our room. WiFi never worked, messages manager telling him. He said ok I’ll reset it. I said it never worked. Never got a response back. One of our bed was outdated , had springs poking through . Had a refrigerator from 1978 . Not worth 270 dollars that’s for sure.
