Work for resting,

Only slept there for one night And just slept so can't say so much about service etc, There was no air conditioner so little warm inside if it is warm/summer

Excellent Stay, friendly staff, mountain view!

The room was very clean, with amazing mountain view. The staff were very friendly and professional. There was no air conditioning and there was no need for it when you can open the window and enjoy the fresh air coming from mountain and forest. All excellent!

The hotel was great except one thing. They put too much perfume in the room. It was horribly strong and I couldn't sleep. Such a headache.

Hotelkategorie = geht so

Unser Ziel unserer Reise war das Schloß Bran. Wir haben das Hotel in Brasov gewählt, da es in Bran (außer dem Schloß) nicht zu unternehmen gibt. Braosv als Stadt ist ok. Sauber und sicher. Die schwarze Kirche mit den "4.000" Pfeifen war sehr enttäuschend. Wir sind Seilbahn gefahren und haben nacht die Altstadt besucht. Gutes und günstiges Essen. Die Getränke sind billig. Je mehr man dem Zentrum kam, desto teurer wurde es. Das ist baer ja wohl normal. alles in allem kann man sich die Stadt Brasov und das Schloß Bran mal anscheuen, muß aber nicht sein. Wir haben die Zeit genossen, werden aber nicht mahr nach Rümänien fahren.

Disappointing

Clean room, but disappointed that there was no elevator for rooms with king beds (which we didn't know upfront). We had to lug our baggage and stroller up and down. Room also didn't have temperature control and the WiFi wasn't working. Would not stay here again.

Didn't get any sleep.

The hotel room and decor was very nice. There is three floors but no elevator. Also no air conditioning. The sky light windows in the junior suite had no curtains so we were awake by the light at 6am. On our second night dogs that live at the house behind the hotel barked all night and we didn't get any sleep. Closing the windows was little relief. I was so upset I wanted a refund.
