"The staff was super helpful from check-in to check out very polite and offered to walk me to my room and help with my bag as I arrived alone with my kiddo. The rooms were well appointed… My only grievances were that the property is being remodeled. The gym was not open and while they say the pool is heated, it was still quite cold. We managed to use it on the warmest day that we were there, but we were definitely the only ones and it was a little hard to bear. But it was a beautiful setting well maintained, and the hot tub felt great! We also had trouble with a very noisy neighbor, and they quickly accommodated us to another room without any fuss and we got a great night sleep. I actually extended for a day because we did enjoy our time there I just wish we would’ve known that things were being remodeled and not fully accessible in advance and there would be noise starting around 730/8am. It’s a very convenient location right across the street from the outlets so you can walk and go shopping or check out some restaurants/ grab coffee from starbux. It’s also just a few minutes drive to a very accessible beach and some fun things to do in Oceanside (10 mins drive). All in all a great place, lovely staff and I look forward to coming back - maybe just once renovations are done :-)"

"The motel is in a good location and the staff were accommodating. The rooms were worn and didn’t feel the cleanest. I was there for a day so I didn’t make a fuss but I wouldn’t highly recommend."

"Breakfast just ok. The room was big with full refrigerator and microwave but the couch was very uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was good size , the worst part was that the very noisy fan is connected to the light and you can’t shut it off unless you are turning off the light. They had a coffee maker with pods but it did not work. "

"Customers service was excellent, there are some areas that need some updates but all around a great hotel to stay with family. Extra points for having the outdoor pool heated. "

"It was a nice stay! I thought the pool was at the house but it was a community pool/hot tub down the street. The house was clean and well kept. Perfect for our family weekend! Host was awesome! "
