"Hotel was easy to find and close to many shops and restaurants right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The self service check in was very quick and easy to use. The rooms were clean, brunch had a good variety including things for picky eaters. The only downside was the lifts were quite slow and the room doors were very noisy however we had a great stay and look forward to staying in a tent hotel again in the near future. "

"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. "I read some of the reviews and was worried but actually could not fault it. From check-in to check out everything was great! Yes, the walls are a bit thin but it’s hotel living, so expected some noise. The brunch is amazing - hot breakfast, continental breakfast, fruit, smoothies, great coffee but not great breakfast tea (maybe bring some Tetley tea bags if you are a Tea-Jenny!) I can see that it would get busy in the peak season but for a few days everything was great. Staff in dining room were particularly nice and did not judge if you had a vanilla slice/Danish pastry on the same plate as your eggs and bacon! 😳 250 yards to the beach and, if the sun shone, all you need. The resort is predominately German but we didn’t see any hassle from stag/hen do’s and if you fancy a good night out, Cafe Bar De Zaak had German karaoke which everyone sung along to! La Rosa and bar 1955 were also great choices for either a slow sundowner or a full meal. "
