Room recently painted and very clean. Staff were friendly. Lighted mirror in bathroom very nice. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast adequate. Easy parking and not too noisy upstairs. Quick drive to shopping mall, grocery store, gas station, etc. Pizza Hut within walking distance. Met fellow travelers from all over United States. Only issue: ice machine broken four nights we stayed.

The Inn is right off the main drag of US 4, easy parking. The Manger's stay is just off the office and at times doubled as the office. I never received the Wifi passcode "both" times I checked in. The 1st time I arrived about 10:30PM, the 2nd time was when I arrived near 12:30AM and the keycard didn't work on the door, in so I needed to walk to the both "office" to receive a 2nd keycard and that worked, due to the lack of a Wifi passcode I was unable to receive updates on my flight and could have missed it/ had less stress.

terribly noisy! was lodged in a room very close to the road while there were many rooms vacant in the back. Window curtains while closed let in bright light from walkway - curtains were a bit short and did not overlap in the middle.

No problem with property at all. Problem was we had an issue with the credit card. It's a business card & we had issues with it. The card was declined, but the staff did not notify me of that. They said they did, but thee were NO messages on my phone. Needless to say we get there last night expecting to check in only to find they gave away the room. Luckily we managed to get a room in the Comfort inn a few miles up the road. I explained the issue. They had a few rooms that were held back for maintenance issues. The desk manager showed me the room & explained the issue(carpet worn & slow drain tub) NOT a problem & we took the room. I can't praise them highly enough for making our night work.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff but we were stuck on a top floor with no elevator. Key jets in the whirlpool tub did not work. It needs painting by a professional. The breakfast was poor compared to similar priced properties during the same week.

I was pleasantly surprised at the upgrades, however the shower pressure was not great but manageable, and the clientele was interesting, as I smelled the tinge of what was being smoked in the parking lot. Not legal in most states.

I'll start by saying there was one redeeming quality of the room, the bathroom mirror/light. Other than that, this place is a total dump. The door to your room will not sit flush to the door frame so there is always some kind of light coming into the room, this also effects the noise level. The bathroom door itself couldn't be closed and if you got it even a little bit closed it would stick. There are no smoking signs throughout the property but there are also ashtrays located outside each room with a crappy lawn chair to sit on. The entire motel, and especially our room smelled like smoke. The wifi did not work, even though it's one of the things promoted on their road sign to entice guests. The blinds did not close all the way as they were also broken. The AC in the room is a window unit that sits in the wall between the two queen beds. This makes sleeping incredibly hard as it would also randomly stop working through the night. The closet did not have a door so it's just an alcove in the room. The mattress and sheets were stained, washed, but stained. Two of the lights within the room didn't turn on at all. The towels provided were ones you probably wouldn't even use for your dogs and were barely able to dry us after a shower. The breakfast that was provided wasn't even considered continental, as advertised. There were little to no options other than off property. Lastly, the customer service was atrocious.

Our bathroom wouldn't work. The sink couldn't be used because it leaked; so, the water had to be turned off. The toilet was clogged up. The shower controls were not working right. The hair dryer wouldn't start. It was the last room, and they had a no vacancy sign up, but we had reservations paid through Orbitz, so they gave it to us and pretended they didn't know about these things.

Everything looked clean … but clearly there had been smokers in my room. My clothes and pillow (from home) still smelled like smoke when I got home. The curtains did not reach the bottom of the window in a first floor room. I would not book a Rodeway Inn again.
