"They did not keep our rooms"

"It was safe and clean. Bathroom was excellent, but i thought we were getting two queen beds and they definitely were not queen size beds. The rooms were pretty tight for 3 people. Coffee was not good and poor selection of creamers/sweeteners. Breakfast was satisfactory, aside from the coffee. I can not stress enough that it felt safe. Especially for people from Nebraska who had no idea about the area. "

"The only downfall was very limited parking. That's to be expected in New York I suppose. Subway was close to use so once we found parking we didn't have to move our vehicle"

"We arrived on Friday and we didn’t get our room cleaned until Monday morning after telling the front desk numerous times. As soon as you walk in the building, it smells like smoke. Oh and this isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. False advertising! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"They don't know how to talk to people. Sometimes the working the bathroom don't clean properly the other day, me and my boyfriend or the Pizza and they right there and make someone pick the Pizza, the peace man said he give the to the Indian man that work there, no one do anything about it. Very poor."
