price was good for middle of the road motel. Breakfast area small/crowded, but the breakfast itself was very good with wide variety including hot food. Hershey kisses in room should be a nice touch but they were stale & turning white.

Breakfast is superior to most chain motels. Hot, cooked on site, served fresh. When rain interrupted our bike tour, Scott (the manager) offered us an additional day at reduced rates. Overall, a great value for the price.

Good value and nice people

Property is a little run down and out of date BUT clean, with nice bed. Owner/manager is outstanding person who will go out of his way to help. For $100/night it’s a good deal just know what you are getting - it was fine for our situation.

Well kept large rooms. But the best part of the place was the people. Honest, caring, real people. Went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Comp Breakfast was great as well as soft serve ice cream blizzards! If I am ever in Roundup again this is where I will stay no question!

The general population of people in Round up are so wonderful. This holds true at Autumn's Inn. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well kept. Lots of pillows and the beds were comfortable. My only feedback is the heater unit was a touch on the loud side when it cycled. I do prefer background noise for sleeping, but the cycles were noisy. I would stay again.

Great value

An older building with the room carpet relatively new and fresh paint, it was all OK except the mattress on our bed was so soft that we both rolled to the middle. Good for some things, but not for sleeping. The pizza from next door was excellent and the price of the room made it a great value.

Older hotel that needs update, stairs with carpeting that desperately needs replacing. Room was clean and comfortable, portable air conditioner that needed exhaust hose better attached. Check in was fine
