"We only stayed one night as we were boarding a cruise ship the next morning. The hotel was clean and the room we had was well appointed with a sauna, TV in bathroom, etc. However, the air conditioning was inadequate and despite manipulation with the room control the room would not get reasonably cool. We did not sleep well in the room that night. I would not stay there again."

Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "A bit pricey, but we enjoyed or stay. It was important for us that it’s dog friendly and clean.
We had a very nice view over the sea. We did find some hair in the bathroom but all together it was clean and comfy.
Definitely be going back again."
