Toen we het hotel binnen kwamen lag er in elke hoek wasgoed, zelfs voor de receptie. Het personeel bij de receptie was niet erg vriendelijk bij ontvangst en vertrek (er werd weinig aandacht aan de gast besteed) . De kamer zelf was prima op het eerste gezicht maar niet erg schoon en niet erg functioneel. (Er was maar een stopcontact bij het bed dus er kon gekozen worden voor een nachtlampje of het opladen van een telefoon). Helaas was de lift buiten gebruik. Maar het meest unieke aan dit hotel was dat we gewekt werden door het brandalarm, wat natuurlijk vals alarm bleek te zijn.

Punnaise de lit faux cils et compagnie...

Premiere chambre (401) catastrophique, fenetre qui ne s'ouvre pas et pour couronner le tout nous avons eu un lit envahis de punaise de lit. Suite a sa nous avons ete depalcé dans une chambre triple ou nous avons pas ete au bout de nos surprises... Faux cils oublié sur la moquette avec bouchon de bouteille d'alcool ainsi que des pates pourris sous le lit..

The reviews on here should be taken with pinch of salt. The staff and management confirmed tk me that there was a past issue which has been dealt with successfully. The hotel is a basic standard hotel great for getting your head down. It is not 5 star luxury, nor does it clain to be. If you are looking for low cost accommodation it is ideal with central location with WITTE street minutes away for cosmopolitan entertainment.

Realmente fue una pésima experiencia, me cambiaron tres veces de habitación ya que había unos insectos como chinches que me picaron en la noche, inclusive les tome fotos y les indique a los empleados del hotel y me dijeron que lo único que podían hacer era cambiarme de habitación pero nada mas y que el administrador del hotel se iba a comunicar conmigo, pero hasta hoy sigo esperando.

Bien déçu

N’allez pas à cet hôtel,tapis finis ,sales,pas de ventilation dans la chambre,poussièreux!la deuxième nuit ils n’ont pas fait la chambre ,hôtel à éviter ,un prix exagéré,,c’est même gênant pour les filles qui y travaillent ...draps et serviettes propres et blancs .J’aurais honte être à la place des propriétaires...très très déçu

Worst hotel experience in my life

This hotel was the absolute worst. There were bed bugs everywhere, I got bit twice and saw atleast 30 of them. The room had a disgusting smell to it when I entered and the bed was very uncomfortable. PLEASE do NOT go to this hotel you will absultly regret it !!

Wij hadden veel last van de bed bugs, ik heb er veel met bloed dood gemaakt en nu last van een allergische reactie, bah, vies hotel. Verder (bruikbaar) eenvoudig ingericht, maar helaas geen waterkoker voor koffie. Locatie is goed, op loop afstand van centrum.

This most have been the most filthy and disgusting hotel i ever stayed in, i have travelled quite a bit in almost all continents. Never had insects/bugs all over bed and wall. Am pretty sure health authorities wouls shut the place down

This hotel is FULL bedbugs!! Incredible still is open and Dutch authorities have not retired license. Our room, and one offer as replacement with bug running in carpet and bed. Have to throw away clothes, 5 days later still bugs attacking. Ruined my trip. How you can still offer this place! Complain still not answered.

Don’t come here!

This hotel needs to be inspected again. Got a room with bed bugs and some other insects. Our room got replaced with a suite which also has bed bugs. I am on the process of filing a complaint! Waste of my money. Please don’t visit!

Hôtel 3 étoiles??? C'est une blague!!! Hôtel très sale avec puces de lit!!! Je me demande si le ménage avait été fait car même les draps n'avaient pas été changé! Nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel et le réceptionniste n'avait même pas l'air surpris. A fuir absolument!!!

Slidt, beskidt og dårlig mad

Der var meget slidt og meget beskidt. Lobbyen ligger ikke ved gadedøren men nogle trin oppe bag ved elevator så der bliver ikke set hvem der kommer og går til hotellet og området lige ved hotellet var ikke så rart så det var ikke rart. Morgenmadsbuffet var meget sløj - kun det dårlige helt hvide tynde toastbrød. Der var ikke rent på bordene - krummer mv. Morgenmadsbuffet blev heller ikke fyldt op hurtigt nok eller slet ikke - så der var “kun” hvidt brød - ingen æg, pålæg, andet brød eller juice. Personalet virker ganske modløse i deres fremtoning. Jeg kan ikke anbefale hotellet og ønsker ikke at komme tilbage.

Il faut nettoyer les draps car il y avait une punaise de lit et j'ai par la.suite développé des tas de boutons. En quittant l'hôtel, je n'en avais que 2 spots, là je suis couverte de boutons
