Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Overboekt! Overboekt! Overboekt!

Helaas hebben wij niet kunnen slapen op dit jacht. Speciaal voor marathon Rotterdam met gezin dit hotel geboekt. Ikzelf zou lopen, rest als toeschouwer. Al in september 2017 geboekt en bevestigd via Expedia. Uiteindelijk kom ik dus 7 april aan om in te checken en bel met Willem. Beweert hij doodleuk dat de boot niet beschikbaar is. Meneer heeft nooit iets ontvangen van Expedia zegt ie. Ik vermoed dat hij in september nog niet wist dat het marathon weekend was en zich later heeft beseft dat hij de prijs wel omhoog kan gooien en bij andere mensen meer kon vangen. De eigenaar was niet voor rede vatbaar. Met veel pijn en moeite alsnog een ander hotel kunnen boeken. Heel slecht van zowel Expedia als de booteigenaar. Ja zegt die kerel, moet je maar niet via Expedia boeken!!! Achteraf een geluk bij een ongeluk, want we verbleven nu in het IBIS hotel. Top ontvangst en prima kamers en nog dichterbij ook!
