Hotel conveniently placed at the outskirts of Rotterdam, only 10 minutes away from centre. Quiet location with free parking, excellent staff and fantastic room quality with great view. Highly recommended, and undoubtedly will book this hotel again upon our next visit to Rotterdam!

Good hotel

Had a good experience, checked in early after asking. Car park can get too full so beware of that, though it is free and there is on the road car parking available down the side so you should still be okay.

Great hotel, very attentive and pleasant staff. Room was very clean and nice, beds super comfortable. Washroom was clean and well designed. Main train station is only 20min walk away. Cons: not convenient to get to due to the construction around it. Not close to any food/restaurants, 15min walk minimum to any food/stores.

Had a nice stay for one night! A little cooler, coffee machine and a safe was in there. Everything was clean. For somebody with no car. The closest station is 20 minutes walking away. That could be an issue. Other then that EXCELLENT one night stay.

I stayed here for one night, as it was the closest hotel I could find to Kralingse Bos parkrun. Incidentally, it is a 9 minute walk to the entrance to the park, but a 25 minute walk to the start of the parkrun. 12 o'clock check out is a bonus. The view from the window wasn't great, just various roads, but I wasn't there for the view. The room was nice, it wouldn't pass a white glove test, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good enough. They only have a coffee machine in the rooms, but happily gave me a travel kettle when asked. My phone was using a lot of battery and they were happy to print off my boarding pass in case it died before my evening flight. They also leant me their scales to weigh my case and bag. You can't say fairer than that, customer service at its best. I didn't eat there, so can't comment on the food. The pancake house in Kralingse Bos park is a must!

AWESOME PROPERTY!

This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in in the Netherlands! Life Marie was so informative and kind! I am so happy to have met her and I will recommend people who do not want to stay in Amsterdam to stay at this hotel!!! Also, THE BREAKFAST was delightful! I would certainly stay here again!

It is not an updated building. The room inside is kind of updated compared with the common areas, halls, elevator,( was broken when we stayed, so it would not go down to the ground floor) The free parking is a plus. It is a hotel just to sleep.

Please DO NOT EAT at this hotel. Hygiene is shocking in the restaurant. Food was over cooked and unappetising. Have nausea the next day. Dirty utensils on table. Floor was covered in hairs and food debris. Complaints about food not taken seriously.

Due to construction on the surrounding roads the hotel was not accessible by road. Even google maps could not provide an alternative route. We did finally get there but had to drive on a sidewalk/ bike path. The hotel should have contacted guests with some alternative.

No wonder 4-stars hotel evaluation is still bad even with fake evaluations as unfriendly staff and bad room service can easily take away the whole stars. The rooms were unclean and the bids were uncomfortable. We don’t feel safe, so we didn’t extend our stay. The hotel is totally not recommended

Not worth the money

A very lack luster hotel. Think old outdated Travelodge & you'd be about right. Decor is tatty and the whole place could do with a makeover. The place is mainly used by construction workers who are working nearby. The roof below our room was covered in cigarette ends, a trainer and alcohol bottles so obviously it never gets cleaned.The expresso machine in the room literally had 2 pods. I had to ask for a kettle etc to make tea. No teaspoons just wooden stirrers which bent when you tried to squeeze the teabag out. The beds are awful. Very uncomfortable and slide about on the base when you move. Wouldn't stay here again.
