Liked: Cleanliness
Stayed overnight and had prepaid for breakfast. Went down when breakfast opened but there were many students staying and had formed a queue around the dining room. We didn't have time to wait as had to catch a particular ferry. Told receptionist when we checked out and was told "they paid too". Not impressed at customer service.

We enjoyed our short stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. We had dinner at the hotel in the bar area as we have a small dog. We were able to shop and eat lunch and breakfast nearby.
Hotel is set in peaceful & beautiful surroundings with great views all within walking distance to local pub. Our room was spacious & tastefully decorated.
Good breakfast choice.

Lovely large rooms. Clean. Very comfy beds. Only downside heating in room wasn’t working. A need in the winter.
Big shout out to the staff each and every one of them polite professional and can’t do enough for you.
