The room was ready early and we received a free upgrade, thank you! A beautiful room, cleaned perfectly, refreshed tea/coffees (with great choice) and a superb breakfast! Comfortable bed and a great walk in shower. Cannot fault anything. Brilliant stay, will definitely be back. "
