Nice suite. Needs quality toilet paper and soap for both bath and hand basin, some moisturizer and makeup remover packs would bring it up to luxury level. A wee fridge in suites would be a nice upgrade eventually. Staff were super helpful and lovely.

Stayed for the Air Races, in a non-smoking room that needs new carpet and filters for the air conditioner. The beds were good and sheets clean but the room smelled like a 70's bingo hall. I would actually stay again, for the right price.

Bed was ok room was clean. Bathroom tube was in horrible condition. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. This place needs new management and staff. It looks like it was once a nice place, but no longer. Location was great. Why has it been let go down hill so far?

Friendly staff. When we turned on the shower, roaches sprayed into the tub. Microwave and fridge did not work. Hot tub out of order. This place has some real potential if they put the money into it but I will be staying somewhere else next time.

Motel was in good shape for an older facility. Parking and access was good. Only issue was no elevator to the second floor but I managed. Breakfast was good but was not open for one day of my stay. Overall the stay was as expected and very good for the price.

If you are just needing a place to sleep, then it is ok. Rooms were clean enough. I booked this hotel specifically to use the hot tub. The temperature of the hot tub was the same as the pool. The jets barely worked. And the one staff member I saw was frequently busy doing random maintenance around the hotel.

The stay was nice and quiet, the pool was pleasant, and we liked the accommodations. The only drawback for me was that the breakfast ran out in about an hour, and we were told that it does not get replenished. But overall, a nice stay.

Room was a good size and clean. The signal for a bunch of channels on the tv would cut in and out. Found out on the last night of my stay that the auto lock on the door stopped locking and would open without using the room key.

Definitely not the vibe for families. It felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel, if that makes any sense. Our neighbors were polite and quiet, also the one worker we saw there was as accommodating as possible. However the property is in desperate need of maintenance. We opted to check out early and found a different hotel for the remainder of our Roswell trip.

Clarion suffers from aging infrastructure. This unit is next to a golf driving range and we got one of the rooms with a hole in the window from an errant golf ball. We parked away from the flight path, but at least 3 other guests had their cars hit while we were there. The staff were great. The facilities were a bit threadbare and the pool and hot tub were closed. The value for the cost was very reasonable.

My room had a leaking toilet which pooled water on the floor; I noticed when I stepped in the water with my socks on. I went out of my way to stay here because it was affordable and had a hot tub. After checking in, I went to use the hot tub and found out it was cold. No signs, no maintenance in progress, nothing! I went to discuss this with the manager and they said they would provide me with a 10% refund, but later found out they lied and did not apply any refund. The building was in poor shape and had bugs everywhere, loose ceiling tiles, and generally was gross feeling due to poor ventilation and having an enclosed indoor pool and "hot" tub. This hotel is garbage, do not waste your money here!! I do not recommend this hotel and can only rate this 1/10 stars.. and I am being generous.
