Nice flat, perfect location!

Everything went perfect. The appartement has everything you need. Pool is nice for the kids. First row, nice view to the sea from the balconx. Only crossing the street to get to the beach. The beach is beautyful, clean, calm sea and not to crowded in october. There are 2-3 good restaurants in Canyelles in walking distance. As well a small supermarket. Everytime again!

Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Appartement mit großem Balkon und traumhaftem Blick über die Bucht von Canyelles. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und ist sehr ruhig, man hört keine Mitbewohner. Die Anlage ist sehr schön bepflanzt und verfügt über einen großen Gemeinschaftspool. Alles wie auf den Bildern. Man muss nur eine Straße überqueren, schon ist man am Strand. In der Umgebung findet man Restaurants, Strandbars einen Supermarkt, ein kleineres Geschäft mit Backwaren und ein Bäckerlädchen, bei allen mit stets sehr freundlichem Personal!Der Kontakt mit Frederique war sehr nett und stets Zeitnah, problemloser Check in. Für uns ein absolutes Plus, dass auch unser Hund herzlich willkommen war.Abschließend kann man sagen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen super Urlaub mit perfektem Wetter, Anfang Oktober und konnten noch im Meer schwimmen gehen. Den täglichen Ausblick beim Frühstück / Abendessen auf das Meer werden wir sehr sehr vermissen!

Super Ferienwohnung in Roses

Wir, daß heißt meine Frau unser kleinerHund und ich waren rund rum zufrieden mit der Vermieterin, der Wohnung und der Lage dieses Objekts dirket am kleinen Sandstrand. Trotz der Jahrezeit war das Wetter noch so schön, dass wir jeden Morgen auf der großen Sonnenterrasse frühstücken und nachmittags in der Sonne liegen konnten. Gerne wieder, auch zu einer noch wärmenden Jahreszeit. Ein großer auch Dank für die sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat.

Appartement idéalement situé, intérieur moderne et très bien agencé. Grande terrasse, nous y avons mangé tous les jours. Très belle vue sur la magnifique plage de Canyelles. La piscine est très atypique et parfaite après nos remontées de farniente sur la plage. Supérettes, boulangerie et restos à proximité. Encore merci à La propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons certainement .

On est très satisfait

On était déjà venu et c'est toujours aussi bien. Appartement très agréable pour 4 adultes, bien équipé et grande terrasse face à la plage à 10 m. Environnement sympathique, chemins côtier, magasin, restaurants, et le bus pour Roses pour éviter de prendre la voiture. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Très bel appartement bien situé

Très bon séjour, appartement propre, tout le nécessaire est fourni. Belle terrasse avec vue sur la plage. Juste un petit bémol avec le restaurant juste au coin de la rue, assez bruyant, surtout les soirs/nuits les week-ends.

L'appartement est très agréable et très, très bien équipé. Des placards en suffisance et la cuisine a tout ce qu'il faut. Un vrai four, lave-vaisselle et machine à laver. L'énorme terrasse est un vrai atout et doit être très agréable en été car probablement ombragée. La propriétaire est très accueillante et sympathique et répond rapidement aux demandes. La baie est magnifique !

Appartement de standing et très bien équipé avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Juste un peu bruyant le week-end mais cela est normal car en première ligne. Proche de la plage, des restos et des commerces. Accès au parking sous terrain un peu compliqué. Bref, un très bon séjour dans un très bel appartement.

Very nice lady checked us in early 10am. Location is great, apartment is not good enough price wise and description wise. It is like they rent the apartment frequently without paying attention to the quality. Rolling shutter in living room didn't work (defect motor), airco in 1 bedroom did not work properly, room in other bedroom did not close properly (noise from the street), outside lounge bench was broken and they put a shelf to fix it (too hard to sit). So, if appartementen like this is rented for this top amount, be sure the apartment is tip top. It wasn't. Frederique is tip top and so is the location and the view.

Séjour formidable

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour avec nos deux enfants en bas âge. L'appartement ( neuf, beau, bien equipé, pratique et propre ) a une vue sur la plage et la mer tout bonnement incroyable! Le quartier est très sympa avec des commerces entre 1 et 5 min de marche. La piscine est très belle, les parties communes ultra propres et très bien entretenues ( très belles plantes ). Nous reviendrons car cela a été de magnifiques vacances à tout point de vue. Merci également à Frédérique pour sa gentillesse dans la preparation de notre séjour et son accueil. Elle a eu une petite attention pour notre fille à notre départ. N'hesitez pas surtout si vous avez de jeunes enfants!

Séjour à Canyelles

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement très propre et parfaitement équipé. La vue est parfaite, en bas la piscine et en fond la mer. La propriétaire est vraiment très sympa, accueillante et arrangeante. Le parking est un vrai plus. L'appartement est très bien situé mais je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles car un peu bruyant le soir avec le passage de la route et la proximité des restaurants (pour nous qui sortons de notre campagne). Petit désagrément qui ne nous freinera néanmoins pas pour l'année prochaine. Merci Frédérique pour votre gentillesse et j'attends la recette du gâteau au chocolat.

Superbe emplacement!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine fin décembre 18 dans cet appartement en front de mer. Il est très beau, confortable et moderne avec une belle terrasse meublée, séparé par une petite route de la plage. Tout est très propre et la propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Nous le conseillons vivement en hiver car le chauffage fonctionne très bien et pour l'été, il a l'air conditionné donc ce doit être très agréable également. On a vraiment envie d'y revenir.. Je n'ai aucun point négatif à donner juste 2 suggestions: un aspirateur serait une bonne idée quand on a envie de donner un coup de propre en cours de séjour (beaucoup plus efficace que le balai) et personnellement je préfèrerais dormir avec une couette qu'1 couverture (question d'habitude) :-) A bientôt j'espère!

Een modern appartement met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Canyelles.

Een zeer goed uitgerust appartement met goed werkende apparatuur. Klein minpunt is dat je geregeld weer moet inloggen op de WiFi.
