- THE APARTMENT IS DESIGNED FOR A QUIET AND FAMILY-FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, SO IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE.

The house is homely, is very light, and is 220 m². It has views of the sea and the mountain.
The property is located 2 km from Playa Canyelles sand beach, 2 km from Roses city, 2 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the , 3 km from Estación Bus Roses bus station, 6 km from Roses, Aquabrava water park, 10 km from PERELADA golf course, 22 km from Estacion Tren Figueres train station, 70 km from Aeropuerto de Gerona-Costa Brava airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 80 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, electric heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, private swimming pool, car park the same building, 2 TVs, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, French).
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Roses will not feel comfortable in the house because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the house after 22h.
Also, it is requested the greatest discretion in the common parts from 22h. (The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted)
For check-in between 8pm and 8am, extra charges will apply (from 8:00 pm to 12:00am — 30€, from midnight 50€, then after each extra hour .....10€ ).
The Tourist Tax for Roses is 2€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt).
Bed linen and towels is not provided. You can rent bed linen in advance. The price is 15€ per person.
There is only air conditioning on the first floor
On the day of your arrival you will have to pay the security deposit of 800€ ( credit card)

Fantastisk beliggenhed og udsigt
Beliggenhed og pool omr åde er helt fantastisk. Huset har ældre, men fine værelser og badeværelser. Der er fred og ro i området, så der er rig mulighed for at slappe af.
I Roses by, er der gode restauranter og masser af liv samt en god strand.

Agréable maison vue mer
Très jolie vue. Grande maison agréable méritant tout de même quelques réparations notamment au niveau des volets roulants qui claquent fortement en cas de rafales de vent fréquentes dans la région. Le garage est un vrai plus. Concernant la situation, maison assez éloignée du centre ville et en hauteur il faut donc régulièrement prendre la voiture pour les courses ou la plage.
