"Horrible one day after I arrive I was walking and tripped over their torn carpet got injured the hotel manager and staff was very rude. They wasn’t concern I was there for four days three days was absolutely miserable."

Resort is very large so plan on lots of walking and steps. Eating Recommendations: Carmine's at the Coral Tower - entrees feed 2-4 people. Shake Shack for burgers. Pizza place in the Marina Village. Seafarers Steakhouse is good, but poor service. Make reservations before you visit. Casino is nice. Pools are great. Staff all helpful. Visit the Dolphin Cay exhibit."

"Staff were very kind and helpful from check in to check out. À la carte restaurant meals were delicious! Grill by the pool was also awesome~ Greek salad and cheeseburgers were really good. Ideal location to enjoy lunch looking out at the water from the beach or poolside. Buffet was simple with a few choices. Pasta chef was wonderful! So happy and clearly loves her job!"
