Very good location, clean room, taste breakfast. Very nice owners. Comfortable bed and well equipped apartment. Strongly recommend place for staying in Rome.

The staff was great, hotel space was nice but nothing special. Spotty service and no WIFI. Close to treni however have to go up a step hill to get back to the hotel. Overall, good stay but nothing special.

This place is wonderful. Simone and his mom are so nice. Simone carried our luggage up and down the stairs to our room, and they were heavy! Breakfast was fantastic each morning with fresh cakes, fruit, scrambled eggs and cappuccinos. They even helped call us a taxi to our car rental location. Thank you again!

Thanks a lot for three fantastic days at your guest house! We had a great time at Wellness Home Rome. Breakfast was great and very good. We loved to have a good talk with our hosts and enjoyed all the tips where to go in Roma. And even on our last day we were very lucky to have a fantastic host who drove us to the train station due to strike. Thanks so much for everything and if we come back to Roma, we would love to stay at your guest house again. 😀 By the way: the guest house location is excellent. We could go by foot everywhere and had various choices of restaurants around.

Perfect place to stay

We stayed for five nights at Wellness Home Rome just before Easter. From the moment we arrived Simone and his Aunt could not have been more welcoming. Throughout our stay they shared great local insights on where to visit and the best way to get around. We opted for bruschetta, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast most days but you must also try their home made cakes - so delicious. Our room was immaculate and the whole place spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just 5-10 mins walk from the Trevi Fountain, Athenaeum and some amazing restaurants. I would recommend it all day long to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

I would choose something else next time

Location was good, not far away from the Termini station and just around the corner from the metro station. Tho the room we got was quite dark and you could hear neighbours early in the morning. Two of the days we stayed there we had early activities planed and had to leave about 7.30 AM therefor missed breakfast. Next time I would choose hotel witch serves earlier breakfast.

In dieser Unterkunft waren wir sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Gastgeber gaben sich alle Mühe. Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr zentral gelegen, so dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Wir würden dieses Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

El b&b esta muy bien situado, la atención desde el minuto 1 fue buenísima, Simone nos intentó ayudar en todo lo posible para conocer la ciudad y la señora que nos atendió durante el desayuno fue encantadora, te cuida como una madre. La habitacion limpia y cómoda. Si tuviera que poner un “pero” sería que no hay ascensor, que para nosotros no fue un problema, pero para las personas que tengan movilidad reducida es bastante fastidioso. Y por otra parte, el chico que lleva el b&b es un poco seco, muy servicial pero bastante distante, aunque sentimos esto con casi todos los romanos 😅

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und verwöhnt. Das Frühstück war mit Liebe präpariert , alles war sehr sauber, Zimmer ( sehr breites Bett ) und Dusche ( mit Hamam ) gemütlich und komfortabel. Beim nächsten Rombesuch werden wir ganz sicher wieder zurückkommen. Auch die Lage ist nahe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Einkaufsstraßen.

Simone war sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir früher als die vereinbarte Check-in Zeit im Hotel ankamen, bot er uns etwas zu trinken an und versicherte uns, dass wir das Gepäck im Hotel abstellen können, um unserem Reiseprogramm nachzugehen. Das Zimmer war fantastisch, die Betten waren bequem, die Dusche ein Traum und es gab sogar Netflix. Beim Frühstück wurden wir dann erneut überrascht. Als wir den Frühstücksraum betraten, welcher zwar klein war, aber gemütlich, wurden wir von Simone und seiner Tante mit köstlichen selbst gebackenen Leckereien, sowie frischem Obst, frisch gebrühtem Kaffee und Bruschetta begrüßt. Auf Wunsch konnte man sich Eispeisen zubereiten lassen. Am letzten Tag war es uns sogar möglich nach dem Check-in unsere Koffer im Hotel zu lassen, um einen kurzen Ausflug zur Spanischen Treppe zu machen. Alles in allem war für uns der Aufenthalt im Wellness Home Rome das „Sahnehäubchen“ unseres gesamten Urlaubs. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect Stay. Expect us next time we visit Rome.

Perfect stay in the city centre close to Barberini. Simone and his family were excelent hosts. They provided us perfect breakfast with a lot of options, talked with us about local things, we even had discussion about italian film industry. Even though the place is in the city centre, it is located in a calm and safe street. The place was really clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Turkish Bath in the bathroom was also perfect.

Me gustó todo del hotel. Las habitaciones me parecieron espectaculares con unos baños privados de 10, la misma ducha era sauna. Además tanto la habitación como el baño, eran muy amplios. La limpeza del hotel es otra cosa destacar, muy limpio todo que parece tu misma casa. La ubicación del hotel es super buena, a escasos metros de Trevi y muy bien comunicada con transporte público. A lo que se refiere al personal del hotel, tanto Barbara como Simón fueron muy amables y encantadores preocupándose en todo momento sobre nuestra estancia. En ningún momento estuve desatendido y la comida de Bárbara cada mañana fue espectacular, me sentí como en mi propia casa. ( todo es hecho por ella ) Espero que en un futuro les vaya super bien y por supuesto volveré cada vez que viaje a Roma.

Hier stimmte einfach alles. Die Location war perfekt - in 5 Minuten am Trevi Brunnen, in 10 Minuten an der Spanischen Treppe, Kollosseum und Forum ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuss. Unsere Gastgeber waren supernett, waren immer für uns da und gaben uns viele Tipps. Das Frühstück war top - Aufschnitt, Brot, Joghurt, Cerealien oder Rührei von der Gastgeberin zubereitet (wie in besseren Hotels). Unser Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer waren sehr modern und sauber. Das Highlight war das türkische Dampfbad in der Dusche. Perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag Sightseeing. Unser Zimmer war ruhig und das Bett bequem. Besser geht es nicht.

Hotel Incrível

O hotel fica próximo de diversos pontos turísticos de Roma, além de ter uma estação de metrô (Barberini) a 2 minutos de caminhada do hotel. O quarto é novo e moderno, além de ser espaçoso! A cama é muito confortável! Tem até sauna no banheiro! O Wi-fi é ótimo e tem netflix na TV do quarto! O café da manhã é bom e a Tia do Simone pode fazer ovos com bacon, capuccino, café, etc. Os anfitriões Simone e Bárbara são ótimos, nos deram dicas da região e sempre foram muito simpáticos conosco! Me hospedaria novamente neste local com certeza!

Couldn’t be more perfect!

Wow. I seriously loved everything about our stay at Wellness Home Rome! I loved that it was new and beautiful, but also found it was the renovated family home of the owners, and there was something special about that. And Simone (the nephew) and Barbara (the aunt) just took us in like we were family. They welcomed us with drinks, fresh local grapes, and a few light snacks and took a minute to get to know us. Then the whole time we were there they would do anything to make our trip easier. They recommended restaurants, helped us to acquire metro tickets, and even packed us a breakfast to go when we had to leave early one morning. I just kept thinking, “Of all the hotels in Rome, how did I get lucky enough to stay here?” I hope to return one day, and bring my kids next time. ❤️
