L'enfer

Fuyez. Il vaut mieux ne pas venir à Rome plutôt que de dormir à la walter guest house. Je ne saurais pas par où commencer. Les draps déchirés et sales, la salle de bain pleine de poils et moisie, le proprietaire est exécrable, la chambre fait 6m2 pour 4 personnes et sans fenetre... je m'arrête là. Un week-end foiré

The property isn't so much dirty as it is old. The building is probably close to 100 years old and it's been a while since it's been upgraded. Despite that, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is very close to the bus/train station as well as numerous sites. Plus it's really inexpensive.

It’s a good location in Rome, walking distance to local attractions and metro. That’s the only highlight. Property is dilapidated not the one in the pictures as described. The bathroom is questionably unsanitary. Lesson learned, when the price is cheap that is what you will get.

Walters guest house has a very convenient location, it’s very close to Roma Termi. Overall, the place is disgusting and a huge disappointment. When we arrived, we called the owner and he is a huge scammer along with being extremely rude. He wanted to change my nasty room for an extra price, or according to him, “deal with it”. Online, the place looks like a nice nesting spot, however when we arrived the condition of absolutely everything were horrible. In our stay, we encountered 2 cockroaches, horrible odors, and terrible bedding. The towels were rough, and extremely old. They hurt to dry yourself, they even had holes in them. The shower had mold all over the place, and the rack was so old that it was oxidationing terribly. The furniture is broken, scratched, dusted and stained. The kitchen is horrible, it hasn’t been taken care of in ages. The fridge is okay, however it stained all over and it smells bad. Daily breakfast as advertised is a lie. We didn’t get anything and nobody was there. The tv in the rooms are ripped off the wall with worded hanging out, and the common room Tv is 14 inches probably from 1980. Expedia was not able to help, because the owner didn’t want to give us a refund so we could relocate. This says a lot about the owners character and the fact he doesn’t care for his guests, but he’s in it for all the money he can make. Simply terrible, do yourself a favor and pass this place off your list.

Estadia começou mal quando não conseguimos contacto com o anfitrião e tivemos que nos mover até certo lugar para conseguir contactar e finalmente sermos recebidos, localidade ótima para se mover pela cidade, entretanto, quarto não havia as comodidades anunciadas para tal e o que tinha como por exemplo o ventilador de parede estava com defeito e o de teto parecia que ia cair quando ligado, balançando e fazendo barulho e já o secador de cabelo fazia imenso barulho como se tivesse com defeito pois era muito barulho e nos deixou preocupados de utilizar e não fizemos. Caso quisessemos o ar condicionado como descrito na comodidade que havia, era cobrado por fora 5 euros, elevador não funcionava para descer e depois de certa hora nem mesmo para subir. O local poderia ser mais bem aproveitado tendo em vista a ótima localização e facil acesso para os pontos turísticos.

Di positivo la stazione termini vicina e la comunicazione con il Sig Walter Discreta. Di negativo il servizio igienico con bagno vecchio e non efficiente... Flex con braccio doccia rotto e vecchio.. Box doccia idem, mobilia vecchia in conclusione molto deludente... Da risistemare tutto.

Don’t recommend

The only good thing about Walter Guest House is the location, it’s really close to the metro station. When I arrived there they didn’t even know I scheduled a stay. The staff was nice though. The room was ok, but it was really dirty. There were old soaps in the shower, which shows that they didn’t even clean after the previews guests left. There were bed bugs, I’m full of rashes. The lights didn’t work properly and there was no Wi-Fi. Anyway, I recommend you to spend a little bit more in another place, or a shared Hostel.

L'accueil du personnel très sympathique et tres serviable malheureusement les lieus ne sont pas entretenu vieille appartement vétuste l'annonce propose un petit dej mais au final il n'y a rien fortement déçu heureusement qu'on a que dormi et qu'on y resté très peu, pièce commune très petit et mal aménagé, machine à café à disposition ne fonctionne pas, rien pour un séjour de long durée qui permet de se prépare quelque chose sur place bref trop de défaut...... Dommage car les lieus preuvent être exceptionnel si une rénovation et un aménagement intelligent serrais fais surtout avec tout les possibilités qu'il existe à ce jour ......

Schimmel im gesamten Bad

Schwarzer Schimmel im Bad, Dusche wurde wohl noch nie geputzt. Heizung geht nur manchmal. das Frühstück bestand aus 3 verschiedenen Packungen Süßkram, wobei alles schon seit Monaten angelaufen war. Sämtliches Geschirr sowie die Kaffeemaschine waren schmutzig, nach dem Frühstück mussten wir unser Geschirr selbst abwaschen (ohne Spüli). Das Zimmer wurde nur manchmal „gesäubert“ wobei das säubern sich auf „Bett machen“ beschränkte. Der Empfangsbereich glich eher einer Müllhalde. Die Lage In der Stadtmitte ist super.

No es la habitación que se muestra en la foto, el edificio es muy antiguo y las instalaciones viejas que paree nunca las han renovado desde hace años, están llenas de sarro, hay goteras en el baño, la lavadora a lado de tu habitación, es una habitación de servicio pegada a la cocina, hacen ruido y jalan muebles después de las 10:30

There was not any space for breakfast in and out of room, dirty microwave and kitchen. just good point about this place is its location. La verdad el baño falto total de limpieza ! La limpieza es escasa en todos los ambientes. Mantenimiento casi nulo. La tele no funcionaba el wifi tampoco. La última noche no podíamos dormir de las voces que daba el conserje con otras personas que estaban con el. La verdad no volveríamos. El peor alojamiento en el que hemos estado. Después de contratar el hotel nos mandaron un mail informando que por llegar después de las once había que pagar 10 € más por persona, si llegábamos después de las 00:00 la tarifa aumentaba. Y 5€ por sábanas y toallas. Me pareció muy mal la verdad.

2度と行きたくない。

ウォルターゲストハウスに着いたのに、そこから5分ほど歩かされて別の建物の、マジックハウスという所に案内された。ドミトリーなので狭い汚いは仕方がないが、ホテルズドットコムのメールには全額支払い済みですと書いてあったのにもかかわらず最初に宿泊代をキャッシュで払えと言われ、メールを見せて、払っているはずだと伝えたら今度は12€払えと言われた。なんのお金だか全然わからない。私も英語がそんなに得意ではないのでTAXか？と聞くともうそれでいいやと言うような顔でそうだと言われ払わないわけにいかず納得いかない謎の12€をキャッシュで払わされた。スタッフは親切な人もいたが頭のおかしな人が1人いて、扉の開け閉めを間違えてガチャガチャやっていたら警察がくる！！なぜ覚えてないんだよ！！！とものすごい勢いで怒鳴られて、心底不愉快な気持ちになった。
