Απαράδεκτο δωμάτιο!!!

·Είχαμε κανονίσει για μεταφορά από το αεροδρόμιο προς το ξενοδοχείο & μια μέρα πριν που πήραμε να επιβεβαιώσουμε (γιατί υπάρχει χρέωση για late check out) μας είπαν ότι δεν έχει γίνει τέτοια αίτηση. · Το πρωινό κατά την γνώμη μας ήταν φτωχό. · Στις 5 διανυκτερεύσεις δεν μας άλλαξαν ούτε σεντόνια,ούτε πετσέτες!!! · Οι τοίχοι στο δωμάτιο βρώμικοι. · Το WiFi δεν έπιανε πουθενά στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου. · Η τηλεόραση ήταν πολύ μικρή & ο κλιματισμός δεν λειτουργούσε!!! · Το δωμάτιο δεν διέθετε ούτε ψυγείο.

Ai limiti del furto

A causa di un grave problema ho dovuto posticipare all'ultimo momento di un giorno l'arrivo in hotel. Avendo comunicato tardivamente la cosa ero consapevole di dover pagare la tariffa per l'intero soggiorno, ma ho invece scoperto che mi avevano addebitato l'importo diretto, senza mantenermi la camera nelle notte successive. in sostanza avrei dovuto ri-prenotare il pernottamento e pagare nuovamente le notti che avevo già pagato. Questo era legato a ipotetiche "politiche aziendali" che secondo i referenti dell'hotel erano ben visibili nel sito di hotels,com (ma che io non ho trovato). A me tutto questo sembra scandaloso e spero che hotels.com abbia il coraggio di non collaborare più con simili strutture.

Ho prenotato su expedia una camera singola Classic anche sulla base delle foto indicate sul sito durante la prenotazione... Arrivata in struttura è stata assegnata un’altra camera decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative e certamente non corrispondeva alle foto!!! La struttura ha risposto che non poteva farci nulla...pessimo servizio!!! Peccato, la struttura si trova in zona tranquilla e potrebbe sicuramente migliorare!!!

Che dire ... innanzitutto le quattro stelle proprio non si vedono: più pretese che sostanza. Camera triste, scarsamente illuminata e non tutte le lampade funzionano; ho dovuto lavorare per ore al computer quasi al buio. Non c'era una presa di corrente per il PC. Materasso con le molle che si fanno ben "sentire" sulla schiena. Cabina doccia super economica con le porte che si inceppano. Inconcepibile poi che non permettano di pagare con una carta di credito personale se la fattura è intestata all'azienda.

個人旅行で2泊しました。 周りは閑静な住宅街で、朝から夜までとても静かでした。 こちらに泊まる日、スーツケースを空港で受け取れず、空港から直接ホテルに送っていただいたのですが、それに関してもしっかりと対応していただけました。スタッフの皆さん愛想が良く、親切でした。 エレベーターも付いているので、荷物運びもスムーズに行えました。 バスルームは狭いですが、清潔感がありました。 ただ、ホテルから最寄り駅まで少し遠いのでスーツケースを持っての移動は大変かも、、。

Hotel Villa Torlonia is quite far away from the city centre. The room was okay except the fact that the bed was really uncomfortable. Also, I feel like the rooms need to be updated a bit. Overall, my stay was okay but I wouldn’t go there again.

Un furto vero e proprio alloggiare in questo hotel!!! Avevo prenotato questa struttura perché mi sembrava un ottimo compromesso per posizione e prezzo con tariffa non rimborsabile perché certi di dover partecipare ad una laurea il giorno dopo. Arriviamo più tardi del previsto dal momento che in autostrada troviamo dei rallentamenti. Dopo più di 5 ore di auto, arriviamo e scopriamo che dopo le 22 il prezzo per stanza è maggiorato praticamente del doppio!!! Pulizia discutibile e arroganza in hotel+per 3 caffè il mattino dopo ben 8€...fate voi!!! Ah non cambiate mai booking per Expedia...questo è stato il vero errore!!!

Nie polecam! Dostaliśmy pokój w ogrodzie, o standardzie co najmniej nie cztero- gwiazdkowym. Ciemny, śmierdzący stęchlizną i zimny nocą (kwiecień). Alternatywą było włączenie głośnego grzejnika, zatem wyborem było brak snu z zimna ale w ciszy lub brak snu z hałaśliwym głośnikiem ale za to w cieple. Pokój i łazienka mocno nadszarpnięte zębem czasu, niedomyte. Przybycie kilkanaście minut po 22 obciążone kwotą 30E. Trudno mi się odnieść do stanu pomieszczeń w budynku, ale te w ogrodzie należy omijać z daleka.
