Welcoming receptionist. Very kind and helpful with fluent English helped me with bus schedule. Much appreciated Room simple clean and comfortable Everything worked Wifi reliable Breakfast highly processed with packaging. Nothing for a plant based diet but apples provided on request And my plant based milk was heated for my coffee Excellent value for money Would stay again Huge guard dog next door. Not hotels fault but dog owner should deal with incessant loud barking through the night

No breakfast, though paid for it

On new year's eve only, guests were informed that there will be no breakfast on 1st January, an unpleasant and unsatisfactory information policy. Otherwise, it was an adequate place to stay.

Albero di livello accettabile. Ristorante chiuso. Pizzeria resa disponibile solo per noi, unici clienti, con pizza ottima. Camera modesta ma con tutto l'indispensabile incluso monitor TV. Posizione ottima, molto panoramica, nel verde a pochi passi dal centro.

Comfortable hotel close enough to town centre (Genzano di Roma) with a good restaurant/pizzeria breakfast was satisfactory with enough choices recommend to ask for room at back of property as road facing rooms may get noisy

We stayed here one night as we had a wedding at villa Madame. Hotel is basic but walking distance to genzano which is gorgeous. Staff friendly but speak v little English room clean and essential Provided

Hyggeligt ophold

Det var et par dejlige dage i Genzano Di Roma, vi opholdt os på Villa Robinia og brugte det mest som sovested og opbevaring af vores ting, men alt var i orden på værelset. På trods af renoveringer på trappen var det meget hyggeligt og charmerende. Godt og hjælpsomt personale, den ene i receptionen talte rigtig godt engelsk.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel - gutes Restaurant

Das Zimmer war sauber, ebenso das Bad. Man konnte auf der Terrasse sitzen, was allerdings wegen der hässlichen Baustelle gegenüber wenig attraktiv war. Eine echte Katastrophe war allerdings das Frühstück. Zwiebackscheiben und Marmelade - alles eingeschweißt in Plastikfolie. Zum Glück war im selben Gebäude ein Restaurant, welches beste italienische Kücke zu günstigen Preisen bot. Das Hotelzimmer war überteuert. Der Ort Genzano di Roma schön gelegen in den Albaner Bergen unweit des Castel Gandolfo. (4km).
