Great place to stay. Metro station 5min walk away. Quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to central attractions. Lovely breakfast each morning with a lovely host. Would recommend to anyone :) Thank you for the great stay!

Absolutely lovely place, commmunication was great, some issues with the lock at the start, but it worked out fine and quickly and no problems after that. Everyone I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. The bathroom had everything, and very clean, like brand new and the cute private terrace was a lovely bonus! I was very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend it, I'd definitely stay there again. Also the area is very walkable and near Flaminio metro station.

The property has a quaint elevator that is old school but works great; it was appreciated when staying on the fifth floor but if you want a quick work out…! Morning breakfast is prepared to order at 8:00, but we had an early schedule which meant we missed it save for one day. A very nice rooftop seating area is avail for all guests, and it was a nice combo with the air conditioned room to sit outside too. Rooms are very clean and staff was friendly and effective; more like a hotel than B&B. As we were concentrating on the areas nearby, it worked well. Lots of lime scooters to get around, but walkable and lots to see nearby.

Four sleepless nights.

Location was good, and the terrace nice. This is a guesthouse, where all the communication happens via Whatsapp. In addition, you receive information of the check-in via email. Most of the day, there is no service, and in the morning only Italian speaking person to make the breakfast. There are seats only for 6 person in the very tiny breakfast room. Our 4th floor room was extremely NOISY ( coming from other rooms and the street). It is possible to check-in with codes from 2 p.m. Before that you cannot bring the luggases in this guesthouse. Similarly, you need to make special arrangements to leave your luggases after you check-out. After negotiation we could leave the luggases in the breakfast room, however, without staff taking care of them. The price of the room was extremely too high compered with all the inconveniences we experienced.

We had considerable difficulty entering the property on our first day, as the app to open the gate remotely was not working for us. Another tenant in the building ended up letting us inside. The rooms were nice: modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were excellent. There was mold in the grout of the tiles in the bathroom, though, which made the bathroom smell like mildew. Additionally, the two rooms we booked had plumbing issues: the rainfall shower in one room did not work at all, and the water pressure in the sink was low; the toilet in the second room did not flush at all, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The property owner promptly arranged for a plumber to fix the problems, but I guess the plumber was unable to repair them, as the issues persisted after his visit. On the second day, the party for the second room was moved to a different room, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was lovely and the location of the property was great.

It’s in the perfect area close to everything you need to be. It was a 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain to the pantheon. Everything’s close train station is close by great great area.

Rome's best kept secret!!!

We spent three days in Rome and selected VICO because it had a great review rating, great location (next to a subway station) and a great price. We had the junior suite which was spectacular. Large, a modern bathroom, great lighting. Italian espresso and Capuccino (with steamed milk kakao heart), Croissants, evything you would possibly want. Mauro and his staff are very friendly and help with anyhing one desires. We will definitely stay there again during our next trip to Rome!

Property was as described on the website. Water temperature for the shower didn't get as hot as Id like, and there were no blankets in the room. We had to use only a flat sheet to cover up with. Property was clean and breakfast provided was good. Instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war zwar gut, jedoch kann ich von einem Aufenthalt dort nur abraten. Wir hatten extra eine Junior Suite gebucht – vor allem wegen des versprochenen Komforts und der Terrasse. Leider entsprach nichts davon den Erwartungen: Die Dusche war während des gesamten Aufenthalts eiskalt, was besonders unangenehm war bei Regenwetter während einer Städtereise in Rom und wenn man sich mal frisch machen möchte nach einem langen Tag. Zudem war der Wasserdruck extrem schwach, was das Duschen erschwerte. Die Terrasse, auf die wir uns gefreut hatten, war völlig verdreckt – voller Zigarettenstummel, Müll und alter Möbel, die eher an Sperrmüll erinnerten. Auch im Innenbereich war vieles nicht in Ordnung: Die Gardinen waren schmutzig, und der Fernseher funktionierte während der gesamten vier Tage nicht. Insgesamt stimmten weder Ausstattung noch Zustand der Unterkunft mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung auf Expedia überein. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen. Einzige Vorteil war die nette Dame, die jeden Tag die Zimmer reinigt und die Lage.

특히 밤도착 비행기, 혹은 이른출발 늦은 출발 비행기를 예약하신분은 이용하지 않을 것을 권장합니다. 대문은 항상 잠겨있으며 보내준 링크로 문은 열리지 않았습니다. 전화나 채팅을 통해 원격으로 열어주는데 응답이 빠르지 않습니다. 첫날은 밤늦게 도착했는데 옆집 친절한 이웃분께서 열어줘서 겨우 들어갔습니다. 나갈때도 대문 버튼 위치도 찾을수 없었고 출입이 매우 불편했습니다. 출입은 채팅등을 이용해서 소통해야하지만 대답은 느리고 낮시간에도 연락이 쉽지 않았습니다. 하마터면 비행기를 놓칠뻔 했습니다.

Ótimo custo beneficio

A localização é excelente e o quarto novo e confortável. A cama é incrível e o chuveiro super quente. Os anfitriões são solicitos e respondem rápido as mensagens e dúvidas. O acesso após as 19h00 para o check in automático não funcionou e precisamos contatar por numero local o hotel. O café da manhã era bom, mas a comunicação sobre o horário de atendimento tem oportunidades, não se pode chegar próximo das 10h, apesar de no quarto ter a informação de 8h-10h.

La llegada es un poco complicada. No estoy habituada a este tipo de hotel. ( no tener una persona que te guíe personalmente. aunque fue muy cómodo , limpio y agradable . Sería una estancia a repetir pero no fácil para la primera vez.
