Good location.

Great location, hard to know where it was initially as no sign. The room was large and clean. However no drink making facilities at all, also the reception right outside of the room so noise in the morning. If you don’t mind been woken early, it’s ok!

grazioso monolocale in pieno centro

per il ceck inn ho atteso circa un'ora perchè la "governante" era impegnata in altri appartamenti, dopodichè scopro che il monolocale da me selezionato non si trova in via urbana 33 come avrei voluto, bensì in via quattro cantoni, comunque vicina ed in pieno centro. quindi prendi il borsone e fatti una bella salita in compagnia della signora anche simpatica, che per scusarsi ci ha permesso di ritardare il check out di un paio d'ore tutto sommato. la casa si presenta assolutamente come in foto, bella, con soluzioni architettoniche molto interessanti e ben studiate. Peccato per 2 o 3 aspetti davvero spiacevoli: 1) la casa era molto sporca, grandi quantità di polvere giacevano su ogni superficie, nessuna esclusa e quando accendevi il condizionatore, anch'esso pieno di polvere, vi lascio immaginare.... 2) il letto di rara scomodità, andrebbe forse sostituito, solo due cuscini sottili come sogliole. Dispiace perchè la struttura è davvero notevole, basterebbe un materasso nuovo , qualche cuscino in più e un aspirapolvere.

Appartamento gradevole, in una viuzza caratteristica a pochi passi dal centro e ben collegata con la stazione. Personale disponibile e gentile. Tutti i comfort funzionali. Unica pecca a mio parere è che l’appartamento è confinante con un’altra camera dalla quale si puó sentire tutto. Per il resto lo consiglio!

L hotel è nel complesso grazioso e piacevole, lontano dal traffico ma vicino a via urbana, ricca di piccoli ma piacevoli locali. La stanza però non si trova in via urbana, ma a circa 200 metri: poco male ma meglio essere chiari nell inserzione. Stanza graziosa, ma cuscini del letto scomodi, bagno veramente piccolo per persone di altezza medio alta ( impossibile usare il bidet ). Tv scomoda da vedere , perché appesa troppo in alto. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Giudizio nel complesso buono.

Molto comodo

Posizione strategica dalla fermata Metro Cavour, la Sig.ra Maria del ceck in molto disponibile e gentile, stanza decisamente pulita e confortevole. Se ritornassi a Roma per un altro week end di sicuro sceglierei lo stesso posto.

When in Rome

I stayed with my bestie,we had a very pleasant stay. We came early in the moorning and we were able to check in around 10am. Apartment was very clean, perfect location, few minutes by walking to the Colloseum, 10 min by walking to the city center. Will stay again here for sure.

La encargada del hotel es muy amable, pero no la volvimos a ver después del check in. Las fotos que están publicadas del exterior del hotel no corresponden a la realidad. Tuvimos 2 habitaciones, una muy espaciosa y otra muy reducida (donde además, la señal de wifi no llegaba). Los muebles son viejos, no hay mucha iluminación dentro de las habitaciones ni en el pasillo. El baño está renovado, pero los vasos desechables que estaban para nuestro uso, tenían restos de pasta de dientes en el fondo (estaban usados). La calle en la que se encuentra, tiene muchos restaurantes y un súper cerca. No volvería a hospedarme y no lo recomiendo.

Great apartment but address is deceiving

Great apartment in a great location. Highly recommend it. However, the address provided is deceiving because it's a block away and it's frustrating when you have to recarry your luggage to another location.

Erittäin hyvää palvelua, matkasuunnitelmien muututtua jouduimme aikaistamaan yöpymistämme ja kaikki onnistui ja saimme vielä tilalle asunnon, joka oli ylellinen ja mitä parhaalla paikalla. Voin sanoa Urbana33 olleen paras majapaikkani, vierailin neljässä eri paikassa.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Via Urbana hvor dette B&B ligger er en lille perle med flere rigtig gode spisesteder der serverer økologisk/"organic" baseret mad og drikke. Især Urbana 47 blev en favorit til morgenmad - og så serverede de den bedste Tiramisu jeg til dato har smagt. Det værelse vi havde vendte ind mod den indre gård, så man skal ikke være på udkig efter en udsigt, tilgengæld havde vi rolige forhold til en god nats søvn ovenpå dage hvor vi havde gået Rom tynd. Nærheden til Termini er perfekt for at tage toget fra/til Fiumicino lufthavnen - turen tager ca. 30 min. Badeværelset var af en meget fin standard ift. hvad jeg ville forvente af et B&B midt I en storby, tilgengæld havde værelset det mindste TV jeg nogen sinde har set - for os betød det ingenting, vi havde de aldrig tændt, men hvis man kan li' at tage sig en slapper på sengen med lidt internationale nyheder eller en film/serie imellem sightseeing og restaurant besøg så vil man uden tvivl blive skuffet. Alt I alt vil jeg sige at det er virkelig "good value for money" hvis man vil have en super beliggenhed uden at skulle betale en formue for det.

Una toccata e fuga

Dovendomi recare a Roma per una riunione di lavoro ho prenotato una camera presso Urbana 33, trovandosi in una zona molto comoda per raggiungere il luogo della riunione. L'accoglienza è stata un pò fredda, facendomi sentire un pò in colpa per l'orario in cui ero arrivato, le 15,00 (premetto che mi avevano contattato chiedendomi l'ora di arrivo). Velocemente mi hanno dato la camera e spiegato il funzionamento (non efficiente) della serratura. Letto comodo, anche se la camera un pò rumorosa. Tuttavia buona, come anche il bagno, pulito ma piccolo. L'indomani al momento della partenza ho dovuto lasciare le chiavi sulla scrivania, non essendoci nessuno disponibile. Ritengo il B&B buono nel suo complesso, ma non so se ci tornerei.

Fair but not great

The "hotel" was a apartment that had been rebuilt with bathrooms. The cleaning service was very good. Otherwise it was hard getting hold on the receptionist or anyone else. The receptionist did not speak English.

Great room but not on Via Urbana!

Lovely room but it's not on the Via Urbana!! We were in the "annexe" which is a 10 minute walk away (fine in the evenings but not when you have three bags to carry). What Hotels.com fails to tell you is that you will get an email from the owner the morning of your arrival asking what time you will be checking in - I missed this so can't say whether we would have been told to go to the right address. OK, gripe over. The room itself (we had the studio with the little kitchen up the stairs, the black bedspread and red bathroom) was great - everything we could have wanted for a weekend, and having a fridge to put a couple of beers and a bottle of Prosecco in was just lovely. It's also handy for the main railway station (if you're coming in from Fiumicino on the train - just a 5 minute walk down Via Cavour. The area itself is good - kind of shabby chic but lots of fun - plenty of locals in the restaurants and bars back on Via Urbana. I'd happily spend a weekend just hanging out here, so good were the restaurants we ate in on Via Urbana and Via Capocci.

Great stay for two nights. Hotel from the outside is giving away the age of the place, but room itself was perfect - simple but clean, comfortable, with all cons and antic ceiling for added atmosphere. Reception provided us with warm welcome and had been very helpful. Would also recommend the place for the neighbourhood - Urbana street has activity at night, like places to eat, little shops, beauticians, bars - without being madly noisy. So after you done all the sightseeing during the day and fairly tired getting out at night for a bite to eat, there is enough to entertain you right at the hotel door.

Sehr ringhörig - wenig Privatsphäre

Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, gleich neben der Türe befand sich der Tisch für die Verwaltung, man hörte jedes Gespräch etc., folglich Privatsphäre gleich null. Zudem wurden wir Samstags um 7.20am durch eine Waschmaschine geweckt, die sich vom Lärm her ganz in der Nähe des Fensters befunden haben muss. Ins Zimmer kommt nur wenig Tageslicht und die Aussicht beschränkt sich auf die gegenüberliegende Hauswand des Innenhofs. Wir haben uns dort nicht sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn das Zimmer an sich sehr sauber war und grundsätzlich über alles verfügte.

Nice basic hotel, great location.

We were staying in Rome for just one night and needed a decent, affordable hotel somewhere near the Colosseum. This one filled our requirements nicely. The hotel was a bit hard to find though, and there was a slight smell of sewer in the room.

Prettig verblijf voor een paar dagen in Rome. Kamer was netjes en goed onderhouden. Wellicht wat lastig te vinden doordat er op de voorkant van het pand geen verwijzing is naar het B&B.

Maximální spokojenost, rádi se vrátíme

Pěkný moderní a designový apartmán, 10 min chůze od vlakového nádraží Termini na jedné straně a 10 min chůze od největších památek Colosea, Forum Romanum a Capitolu, na straně druhé. Apartmán se nachází v klidné ulici, recepce apartmánu je 3 min chůze v jiné budově, kde vás přivítá příjemná a úslužná paní, která i poradí co je v okolí za služby, restaurace, obchod s potravinami, autobusové zastávky, metro atd..

Hotel propre et bien situé

chambre confortable, propre et décorée avec goût. Hotel bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied, dans une rue agréable, à 10mn de la gare. Personnel agréable. Seul petit bémol, les soirs de we, c'est un peu bruyant pour ceux qui souhaitent se coucher tôt. Nous recommandons cet Hotel!
