For the price was ideal for us on such short notice. I did not like the fact that no one said it was 5 flights of stairs lugging around our luggage was not easy

Lo único bueno es que la habitación era grande. Pero el "hotel" está ubicado en una zona fea, el edificio es viejo y feo. Y lo peor de todo es que una vez que estás allí te cobran las tasas de servicio 10€ por persona y por noche. Y 3.5€ por persona y por noche de tasa municipal. En total nosotros éramos 3 y nos quedábamos 2 noches tuvimos que pagar 81€ más Y esto pasa con todos los huéspedes que aunque les vendan un paquete "todo incluido" es mentira.

Check the fine print - huge extra fees!

This hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood. You must walk up 72 stairs to get to your room and because of hidden charges we paid almost double what we thought we would! (42 euros for inexplicable fees). The owner spoke no English or Spanish even though their website claims to speak both, and the “fresh local” breakfast items were stale packaged toast and croissants! It was a terrible experience and this guesthouse description is in no way accurate.

Good location and room but no service at all

Only good this is its walkable from termini station. 3rd floor and no lift. Need to carry all baggage our own. It’s a lodge kind of system. No service, no one will attend you. Once I reached, they gave me keys of room and main door and that’s all. Do your own things. Got whatever I paid for. Most important- don’t see only hotels.com pricing. They charge 10euro + 3.5 euro extra per day. Almost Rs. 1000/- per day.

I didn't get to stay there because they kicked me and my sisters out because we refuse to pay the €40.50 for utility. It was not mentioned when I booked the hotel and the owner was rude as she shouted at one of my sister when she went to inquire in English by saying no English Italiano but when she told we had booked she pretended to be sweet but after we refused to pay the utility charge (we were willing to pay the city tax) as we weren't going to use the kitchen she made us speak to a guy on the phone who could speak english but he didn't listen to what we were trying to say and just kept speaking/shouting at my sister (who was trying to speak to him). She gave up as she got so frustrated because he wasn't listening and gave the woman her phone. Than that woman told us to get out and to get our money back from hotel.com, which I emailed to them about but got no reply about it. Also, I whole flat smelled of so much bleach as soon as we entered it.

Первое, что мы увидели по дороге от вокзала Термини: настораживающее количество негров, дальше - отсутствие лифта на 3 этаж (При высоких потолках это по факту 4,5 этажа и если у вас огромный багаж, как был у нас, то это не комфортно). Хозяйка приветливая. но не говорит по-английски, хотя договорится получилось. Она живёт там же в одной из комнат. Кроме этого ещё 3 номера и 2 чистые туалета с ванной. Номер маленький, но уютный с мини-холодильником, электрическим чайником, нож-штопор, одноразовые стаканчики,вилки, ложки, заварка и какао. Есть кондиционер. По факту розетка была только одна, так как нужен был переходник для итальянских розеток(берите тройник). Можно было оставить багаж.

Disappointed

Disappointed that the hotel was overfilled and then they put us in a different one without twin beds . So we had to share a bed. And on such short notice so we couldn’t make alternative arrangements. Wasted our time on the trip. At present am without sufficient compensation

W dniach 07.05-10.05.2018 r. przebywałem w Hotelu Uniq Guesthouse przy ul. Cairoli 115 W Rzymie położony jest blisko stacji mera oraz wielu ciekawych sklepów . W hotelu jest czysto i schludnie czyste łazienki , codzienne sprzątanie .W pokoju znajduję się lodówka , telewizor oraz czyste łóżka i pościel.Właściciel hotelu młody miły otwarty na turystów .
