Ottimo--unica pecca la colazione

OTTIMA Posizione, camera perfetta e pulita. Bagno in camera, biancheria cambiata tutti i giorni. Dalla stanza si vede l altare della patria. È proprio sulla via del corso, ma anche se la via è molto rumorosa, la stanza è ben isolata e con le finestre chiuse non si sente niente e la stanza rimane fresca perché c'è l"Aria condizionata. Il posto è davvero molto tranquillo e comodissimo, raggiungi a piedi quasi tutto,, fontana di trevi vicinissima. L'unica pecca la colazione, nella prenotazione c'è scritto colazione inclusa e ti aspetti di trovarti come in Tutti gli hotels un po di assortimento, invece c`è un bancone in un soggiorno comune, in cui c'è un lavandino per prendere l'acqua per farti il the con il bollitore elettrico. C'è una macchina del caffè, complicata da usare, noi ci siamo scaricati le istruzioni, ma altri ospiti non la sapevano usare e la bloccavano sempre. Sul bancone ci sono i cereali e le marmellate e se sbirci nei mobiletti dove c'è scritto Privato, trovi una confezione di biscotti aperta e una confezione e di pancarrè. Non ci sono croissant, tostapane, torte, yogurt, latte, o affettati per chi non mangia il dolce. Quindi noi la colazione la facevamo al bar. Peccato, perché il resto è tutto molto bello, però secondo me se scrivi colazione inclusa, la colazione ci deve essere, altrimenti abbassi il prezzo e metti solo pernottamento.

O Hotel Trevispagna é excelente, os quartos têm uma decoração incrível, limpíssimo, as roupas de cama/banho de ótima qualidade, as camas super confortáveis e a localização perfeita. Pontos negativos ter que ligar a um número deixado na porta pois não têm recepção, aguardar exaustos pela viagem e repletos de malas por 40 minutos sentados na porta do hotel o responsável pelo check in e não termos água gelada para o banho a noite mas, foi resolvido após insistirmos muito ao telefone junto ao responsável.

Good location but that's all the positive I can say. Check-in was difficult We informed ahead that we would arrrive betwern 20.00 and 20.30. We arrived at 20.25 but still no one was there to check us in. We had to call and wait for 20 minutes for someone to arrive. There was no heating because of broken AC unit. No cleaning at least in those three nights we were there. Breakfast was a joke. Basically only dry croissants and jam. No juice, bread, cheese, fruits, yoghurt etc. that were in the pictures when we booked the room. Awful sewer-stench in the bathroom

Location excellent, stops there. Room not serviced on first day, had to empty own bins. Free breakfast was dry bread in a tub, individually wrapped cheese slices, packet of salami and parma ham, 2 yoghurt, tea with 3 pots of uht milk. Cartoned juice put in a bottle. There were pastries left out but not very fresh. No staff around so found our own fresh milk, and topped up fridge when not done on the first day. Toaster and kettle in the room with mini fridge. City View was of the office across the road who could see straight into the room. Standard room was small and basic.

We arrived at 13.45 ,the door was closed and no body was there. i called the the tel. and i hard an answer in Italik. I went to a nearby hotel in the building the reception clerk called to the tl. i gave him and reached the guy witch came after 15 mi. The breakfast is the refrigerator in the room and we had to prepare it by ourself. The room is very small but clean. The only good thing is the location. Not recomanded at all.

Ett B & B som ligger centralt mitt i Rom. Blev besviken över storleken på rummet och att det inte var någon personal där under dagarna, förutom lokalvårdspersonal som städade någon timme. Kaffebönorna i kaffemaskinen tog slut efter två dagar och fylldes inte på under de tre kvarvarande dagarna. Dåligt med sittplatser för att äta frukost (bara 4 stycken). Det var svårt att ta sig in i huset när vi skulle checka in.

Room was very dated in need of updating. Good enough for a 1night stay. Loved that the breakfast was already in the room fridge. We had a early morning check out & would’ve missed the normal breakfast time anywhere else. This in room breakfast made it great for take-away on a early check-out. Perfect for our train ride that morning.

Great location. Lena was spectacular helping us maneuver the room. Thanks. We did not get much help from our host except for help getting a taxi to the airport on departing. He did not help fix the leaking AC in our room or offer help maneuvering the city. There was minimal breakfast so the designation b&b was a leap. I felt there used to be a more responsive person, working there before. I think the place is not up to prior reviews. We have stayed at better places in Rome.

AMAZING!

Our stay here in Rome was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal as it is walking distance to so many must see attractions and has a taxi stand just outside. Giuseppe and Caterina were both extremely helpful in assisting with car transportation, recommendations and coordination of our busy comings and goings. We stayed here when we first arrived in Italy and again when we returned to Rome after exploring other parts of Italy. Will definitely stay here when we return. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was charming, and the hotel is in a great location. Everything was made even better by the helpfulness of Guiseppi who manages the hotel. If we come back to Rome we would stay here again.
