The sheets were dirty from the previous guest including the spread. The man refused to change them. There were still crumbs on the bed after he made the bed with the dirty items.

There was no front desk and we received no information on how to receive the key. Then we got the key and went back when they said the room would be ready and it was still not cleaned. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Excelente B&B

Llegas al edificio tenes que llamar y vienen a hacerte el check in. Cuando abre la puerta del edificio da una mala impresión, pero la habitacion no tiene nada que ver. Es excelente, grande, con aire acondicionado, calefacción central todo el dia, 2 tv, baño super completo y nuevo, cama muy comoda, calienta toallas, sillones, mesa, cafetera, frigobar. La ubicación es excelente, a 2 cuadras de la Fontana Di trevi. A mejorar sería la ducha que demora en irse el agua y aspirar el cuarto diariamente.

Infelizmente não foi muito agradável, chegamos ao endereço marcado e não havia ninguém no local para poder nos receber, se não fosse o garçom nos socorrer dando um telefonema avisando que estávamos esperando foi quando o garçom nos avisou que viriam nos atender, esperamos por 30 minutos para que pudéssemos entrar.Não havia serviço de quarto que pudéssemos solicitar alguma coisa inclusive um dispersar, tivemos que colocar o celular pra despertar afim de irmos para o aeroporto. Não havia café da manhã o qual havíamos pago, como recompensa colocaram uma cafeteira no quarto. Como ponto positivo destacamos a excelente localização.

There is no repection so have to call, we found a local payphone near by, as our English phones didn't recognise the Italian number. After someone finally picked up the phone, it took a further 20 mins for them to open the door. The staff do not speak English so hard to communicate effectively. Even though the location is great only 2mins from the trevi Foundation, you will find a better hotel in the same area there are so many even on that street.

The suite was very roomy plenty cupboard space lovely bathroom Hot water very good also heating in all rooms nice touch coffe machine with coffee pods staff vey helpful breakfast at local cafe coffe & crossaint the down side is when you open outside door to enter into hall way they store the rubbish from all the other flats not good but once you go up 1 flight stairs & enter the rooms it's All worth it good. Value

Pur avendo telefonato più volte al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno,a volte risponde una registrazione in francese. L'ingresso dello stabile'è sporco e orribile . Niente colazione, la stanza è piccola e non perfettamente pulita

Clean, perfect location - no bilingual staff

Location is excellent, room is one room with multiple beds, new bathroom. No checkin desk at the site. This made it very difficult for us to checkin and talk to the employees. Asked multiple times for 4 boarding passes and they only printed one until we went to another restaurant to pick up the passes in person. Hotel DOES NOT speak English. I was told to use the phone to talk to someone that could translate what our conversation was about. Very frustrating.

Tolle Lage!

Ankunft: unscheinbar von außen - leicht zu übersehen, unbedingt Bescheid sagen wenn man kommt, da es keine Rezeption gibt Aufenthalt: Frühstück in einem Café in der Nähe, leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass dieses am Sonntag zu hat - da gab es also für uns kein Frühstück obwohl gebucht Check-out: wir haben keine Infos zum Vorgang des Check-Outs bekommen, sind also dann einfach im Laufe des Vormittags zu dem Restaurant das von den Besitzern geführt wird gegangen und haben den Schlüssel dort abgegeben Ansonsten: top Lage um alle Must-Sees zu Fuß zu erreichen, kleines aber feines Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Balkon, welcher mit dem Nebenzimmer geteilt wird

Rummen är definitivt inga sviter, mer av karaktären dubbelrum med lite sämre standard. Frukosten var en macka, en kopp kaffe och ett glas juice på ett café några gator bort. Allt utöver detta fick man betala extra för. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt

Good price for location

Great location. Bit of a FAFF calling ahead for someone to meet you there as no reception. Called ahead but still no one there when we got there. Friendly enough when they did meet us. Large room and nice little balcony. Was told coffee machine was complimentary but it didn't work. No loo roll at all but this was rectified after yet another phone call. Breakfast is not on site and the first day we had a bit of trouble finding the cafe. Staff here are not friendly and we were unsure as to what was on offer, we also were charged for having a second cup of coffee!! In saying this for location alone I would definitely stay here again but would probably refuse the breakfast
