Ideal base while exploring Rome, with short walks to the most popular landmarks. Some parts of the hotel are looking a little tired, but clean and comfortable. Customer service was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful.

Basic, clean and friendly staff.

Hotel is clean and rooms are basic, but there is no bar or restaurant as listed on Hotels.com. Location is excellent and very close to amenities. Transfer from airport was good and reasonably priced. Hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Clean and convenient.

Hotel is close to many sights. Rooms are clean and were ready when we arrived. The AC was not working during our stay but luckily the hotel provided fans and the temperature was cool enough to open windows.

Bathroom access and shower were a bit small, not sure if this was due to 1 person room or if all were same. No Bar/Lounge area. Free breakfast was great but dining room very hot, only ate there 1 morning. For a arrive and sleep place, all great.

Good hotel, great service and bit tired at edges

Great location - 10 mins walk to Trevi Fountain and Colesseum. Quick & efficient check in. Large bedroom with a double and single bed and tonnes of space between them. Plenty of towels and good quality toiletries. Bottom of bathroom door had been badly damaged with water, and bottom of bedroom furniture was chipped but other than that the room was great. Breakfast was surprisingly good with decent selection of hot & cold food, and machine dispensing coffee and 3 different juices. It felt more like a 3 than a 4 star so over priced for what you get but i’d stay again because of the location

At first glance, the room seem very old and out of date. The furniture was old and worn. The decor the same. But, almost everything works and the bed was comfortable. The shower door leaks. Housekeeping only left us one set of paper cups and one box of tissues. Wouldn't be replaced if you run out. Room amenities are minimal. It was nice that they have 24 hour front desk service. It was comforting to know that if your taxi doesn't show up at 3am, there is someone who could help you call. The location was excellent. Walking distance to most sights. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

great value budget hotel

the hotel is in a fantastic location. ideal if you want to just get up and go for a walk as so much to see withing a short distance. the hotel its self is as you would expect from Rome a bit old. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. a good continental breakfast and also scrambled eggs and bacon with toast making facility. The staff where great nice and friendly and the night reception guy was very helpful with taxi bookings and information etc . i would definitely stay again as good value hotel .only minor negative is as the hotel is old and wasn't designed to be a hotel originally its layout is a bit odd and could use some tlc in places.

No Air Conditioning

This hotel does not have air conditioning until late May. It was 28 C while we where there and the room was hot. It is on a very busyroad and we had to sleep with the window open and listen to noise and sirens all night. We complained and they just said no AC for a few more weeks. People were great and so was the breakfast.
