Excellent hôtel, nous avons passé 5 nuits là bas et nous avons rencontré AUCUN problème. Un petit déjeuner est servie gratuitement le matin (biscotte/confiture/café) ainsi que bouteille d’eau, ménage fait tous les matins. L’emplacement est parfait, nous avons tout fait à pied, proximité avec le Vatican... Quartier très calme. Si on devait revenir à Rome, cet hôtel serait notre premier choix ! On recommande vivement. Merci à Riccardo (qui parle bien français d’ailleurs).

Nice, comfortable and clean

Great experience. Nice staff and nice rooms. The neighborhood is quite. Two nice restaurants nearby. And 10 walking to city center.

nye hyggelige rom i Roma

Kjempehyggelig sted. 5 rom på gateplan med avskjermet gårdsrom hvor man finner roen. Rommene er nye og behagelige, godt utstyrte og gode senger. Kan trygt anbefales for helgeturer til Roma. Kort avstand til elven og Plaza di Poppolo gjør beliggenheten helt grei.

Our group of 8 walked to all the major sites from here. Great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed relaxing with wine and snacks in the private courtyard before heading out for supper.

Clean and charming room

Only five rooms, so very calm and quiet, it's not a hotel so there is no permanent staff, call to communicate your time of arrival. Room was good size and with a very good bed, there's a little fridge with free water and you can keep other stuff in it, like a bottle of wine...good free coffee and tea + extra cookies etc...good bathroom and shower, there's a nice patio to share and I had a small private terrace...I did have some noise from room next door...it was a bargain for what I paid in an expensive city as Rome...

L'hôte est tres prévenant. Nous à arranger un taxi de laeroport à l'hôtel, toujours la pour de bon conseils, on pouvais le joindre à chaque moment de la journée pour n'importe qu'elles questions. A pied le quartier est un peu loin. On s'est retrouvé à souvent faire appel à uber mais l'accueil était si chaleureux que pour un prochain voyage à Rome je n'hésiterai pas !

Will definitely be staying here again.

We traveled with our 11 month old baby, and we loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The service was impeccable, the staff super friendly, and the neighborhood is super safe with restaurants and the best ice cream shop in town a few steps away.

Vacanze Romane

Everything has been just perfect! Great location, close to the underground and the night bus stop. Walking distance to the Vatican and other major attraction of Rome. The bedroom is big, nicely decorated and provided with everything you need for a short or long staying! I stayed for 6 nights. The bed is very comfortable and the room very quiet: I slept like a baby. The room is also provided with air conditioning whiich make a big difference in summer in Italy. The barhroom is all new, with a lovely shower and it has been entirely cleaned every day. The room is provided with a small fridge with fresh water and juices every day for free. Adding to this every morning we had fresh biscuits or cakes made by the local bakery. Staff is always available and very nice. Thank The One Prati Room for making our Vacanze Romane even better :)

Great little room to explore Rome

This room was great for the price! It's located in Prati, an affluent Roman neighborhood and is close to cafes and markets. It's a bit of a walk to the sights (about 40 minutes to the colosseum for example) but is just 6 blocks from the Lepanto metro stop, which takes you to the center of Rome in minutes. It may be a little farther away from the center but it is much quieter. (Campo di fiori is very noisy at night for example.) also, the best gelato I've had in Rome is just down the street, called Romana. Best pizza is 5 blocks away at a place called Napul'e. Breakfast is included in room and is fairly basic, but we definitely enjoyed it. Room was always clean and there is blessed air conditioning. Alessandro and Riccardo were both very nice and accommodating. Note that there are only 5 rooms in this B&B so reception is not always open. Other reviewers noted that the location can be hard to find, but offline google maps was enough to get us there no problem. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again!

Cosy bright and modern room, great value!

Nice rooms at very good price, 5 rooms on ground floor with access via exterior doors on courtyard which was lovely. Owners are very friendly and helpful and assisted with airport transportation to and from the hotel (nice Mercedes!). They responded quickly to phone and email inquires. Modern decor with travertine tile bathroom. Bed was surprisingly comfortable (quality foam mattress) and I say this coming from me who is like the princess and the pea about beds! Shower is a little bit snug but workable, room is typical smaller size you find commonly in Europe but again workable. Great little coffee maker in room! Very good value for price. Public transit available within 5 min walk for bus and 10 min walk for subway. Grocery store nearby as well as food and shopping within 15 mins walk. Felt safe in neighbourhood, very quiet.

Minimalistisk billig og godt

The one Prati Hotel er et koncept,der er baseret på det minimalistiske. Et værelse, en seng og et badeværelse, samt et køleskab/minibar og kaffe-te maskine. Der er intet personale på stedet. Opholdet er nærmest som på et pensionat. Værelset er ikke egnet til ophold ud over sove og bade. Det er meget rent og nydeligt. Håndklæder bliver skiftet hver dag og værelse gjort rent og sengen redt. Personalet, der tager imod, er søde og venlige. Har man ikke brug for et stor dyrere værelse til ophold, er dette et godt og billigt alternativ. Via Giovanni Nicotere ligger lidt udenfor turistområdet i "Prati kvarteret". Her er dejlig stille, og fri for turister. Der er kort vej til alle seværdighederne. Her er stille om natten.

We only stayed one night which i reget. The owner was so helpful and polite! The room was beautiful and comfy and a great location. Everything in the room was excellent quality!! Highly recommend

조용한 주택가에 위치한 깨끗한 숙소

아침 9시에 도착했는데 일부러 체크인을 도와주기위해 와주었습니다(방이 5개밖에 안되서 항상 리셉션이 열려있지않아요) 방은 넓고 아주 청결했어요. 방 정돈도 아주 잘되고 전반적으로 유지보수가 잘되는 곳이었습니다. 다만 관광지와 거리가 있고 지하철역과도 좀 떨어져있으니 위치가 중요한 분들은 선택하지 않으시는게 좋을듯해요. 조용한 주택가에 위치하고 있습니다. 이탈리아 숙소에서 많이들 제공하는 아침식사도 할수 없습니다. 대신 커피머신과 약간의 쿠키가 제공되요.

Good place for a weekend away

Good place to stay in Rome, room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Hotel is about 7mins walk to the nearest metro stop but there isn't much in the neighbourhood.

Week-end a Roma

Il nostro soggiorno si è svolto dal Sabato 19/09 al lunedi 21/09 al mattino. Tutto è stato perfetto il posto tranquillo con davanti alla nostra stanza un tavolo e due poltrone per approfittare del sole e della quietudine del luogo, in un quartiere residenziale di Roma. La pulizia fatta e il letto rifatto con delle lenzuola bianchissime. Le tovaglie da bagno come pure le altre tovaglie morbidissime, cambiate tutti e due i giorni. Il frigo rifornito con delle bottigliette d'acqua, suco di frutta più le dosi di caffè ed il tè, fette biscottate e marmelata. Una piccola cosa ci è mancata : le piccole dosi di burro per le fette biscottate. Una televisione con tutti i canali di Sky (sport, films...). Ci rimarrà un bel ricordo di questo soggiorno a Roma.

Happy clients

We really enjoyed our stay at the One Prati. Riccardo welcomed us and went through all the amenities of the room. Internet wasn't working but problem was resolved in a matter of an hour. Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean, cleaning service was outstanding, shower were perfect and the refreshments were very convenient and we loved the key-less entrance. Pick up service to the airport was on time even if at 330 am thanks to the arrangements made by Riccardo. Metro stop (Lepanto station) was only 10 minutes on foot and Termini Station 25 mins away by train. We found the location excellent as it was away from tourist traps and noisy streets. Excellent restaurants and gelaterie (gelateria dei Gracchi 15 mins by foot) and a market a block away. We would definitely recommend and return when in the eternal city.

Nice room with a good price.

Nice clean rooms and friendly service with a convenient location. A gated courtyard leads to your room with your own entrance. Lots of restaurants nearby.
