Hotel Trevi review

We were originally booked at The Classic Roma but when they saw me struggling with the stairs, the receptionist Monica was so helpful and said she will try to change our room to Hotel Trevi as they have same owners. And she did,by 9:30am she had our room ready as Hotel Trevi had a lift. Our original room At Classic Room was nice as well but the one at Hotel Trevi was nice as well albeit a little smaller. We are able to open our windows and have views of a main thoroughfare. It was so close to The Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. Close to so many restaurants and shopping places. Great hotel and will recommned it to anyone and will definitely stay there again

Amazing location

Location is AMAZING!! 2 minutes from Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes from Spanish Steps! Everywhere we walked to only seemed to take 5/10 mins - so easy to get to and it was very clean and tidy.

Vi var familjen 4 personer i Rom i April och bodde på detta hotell. Vi hade med oss en sen tillkommen gäst som skulle bo med oss och beställde därför en extra säng. Vi betalade 92€ för den och frukost 4 dagar. Men när vi kom hem upptäckte vi att dom dubbeldragit denna summa! Vi har vi otaliga försök nå hotellet både genom mail och ringt men vi får en kontakt eller respons ? Jättekonstigt! Vill dom verkligen riskera sitt rykte för 92 € ? Vi skulle önska ATG vi kunde få hjälp av hotels.com med detta men svårt att nå någon där också tyvär. Så mitt råd är att INTE boka detta hotell

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable but nothing outstanding. There is no sign outside the building, so it is hard to know that you have arrived at the right location. The concierge is on the second floor and though there is usually a man there to guide you, he isn't always there. So if you show up later in the evening (as we saw one couple do) good luck knowing if you have reached the Classic Roma. However, the location is centrally located, between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. There are lots of stores nearby, both high end and souvenir stores. The location is probably the best thing about this location.

Les prix changent entre le moment de la reservatio

hôtel très bien situé, avec le charme de la vétusté pour l'entrée, mais chambres confortables et propres .Manque total d'isolation phonique vis à vis des chambres voisines et de la rue. Enregistrement un peu trop long. Lors du booking petit déjeuner inclus et city- taxe à 3€50,mais une fois lle règlement validé:petit déjeuner non inclus(à 10€ !!) et ,à l'arrivée taxe à 6 €,comme pour un palace.

Spanische Treppe fussläufig erreichbar Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, den Eingang vom Hotel zu finden, da es nur ein winziges Klingelschild gab. Das Frühstück war aber echt der Hammer! So viel Auswahl und frischer Obstsalat, frisches Gemüse, überbacken etc. Gibt es sonst nur in 5 Sterne Hotels

The property seems to be transitioning management. A few things were a little bit „off,“ like no coffee maker in the room (as promised in the description), no phone to call the receptionist, a mal-functioning safe, a light bulb not working. But staff was very helpful in solving each problem. Our “family room” was large with beautiful high ceilings and a great view onto the busy street. Although the building is old (with character), the bathroom was modern and well equipped. Very central location. Would stay here again.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Lähellä ovat mm. Fontana di Trevi, Quirinale, Espanjalaiset portaat ja modernin taiteen galleria. Hotelli on yleisilmeeltään siisti, vaikka lattialaudat harittavatkin huoneissa sinne sun tänne. Todella selvästi toisista huoneista ja vilkkaalta kadulta kuuluvat äänet häiritsevät rauhaa kaipaavaa asiakasta. Aamiainen on pienessä huoneessa, jossa yksi ihminen palvelee kaikkia. Tämän takia ruoka on vähän väliä loppu ja omaa kahvikupillista joutuu odottamaan melko pitkään. Aamiaisvierailu jäi yhteen kertaan. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja tunnelma hotellissa on lämminhenkinen.

おすすめのホテルです。アパートメントホテルような感じです。対応してもらった方にとても優しくしてもらいました。部屋もとても広いです。ホテルの立地はトレビの泉、スペイン広場は徒歩すぐでナヴォーナ広場も徒歩で行けます。近くにスーパーもあり便利です。歯ブラシはなどのアメニティはあまりありませんでした。ホテルが建物の中の一部にあり外からだと全くわかりません。見つけるのに苦労しましたが、地図の場所に鍵付きのドアがありそこに小さくホテルのインターホン的なものがありそれを押したら受付の方が出てきてくれました。

Sentralt hotell, med noen mangler.

Sentralt hotell og hyggelig mottakelse ved innsjekk. Sengen vår var en sovesofa som hadde blitt dratt ut. Ikke god å ligge i og knirket voldsomt hver gang man så vidt snudde seg. Vi fikk beskjed ved ankomst om at frokostbuffè kostet 10 euro, men at kaffe var gratis. Vi drakk kaffe to morgenener og fikk beskjed om at vi måtte betale for den. Da vi sa at vi hadde fått beskjed om noe annet, nektet de for det. Ingen beklagelser eller noe. Ellers var rommene ryddige og fine. Wifien fungerte heller ikke.
