The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to points of interests and good dining options. Ana was fantastic and was great at communicating with us. We were thankful that, even though the building is old, it has an elevator. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Fun Rome hotel

Its location for being central in Rome was excellent. It is a boutique hotel with only four rooms on the third floor of a 300 year old building. Very secure and comfortable room. Recently remodeled and very clean. Not a lot of hotel amenities because of the type of building, but perfect location for Grabbing food, groceries, shopping, etc.. We would stay there again.

Cosy central hotel in historical building Booked the hotel for 5 nights and had a great stay for vacations. I would not call it conventional hotel, seems more apartment blocks remodeled in the heart of city, walking distance practically to most of tourist destinations, restaurants, shops and less than 5 min walk to the metro. Super friendly staff who went extra mile to be helpful, clean room and amenities. For breakfast you have to go to somewhere else but who needs hotel breakfast in such location ) All in all very happy with the stay.

Ok but the front door needs replacing

Nice hotel room and good location but the key lock was very dodgy to get into the building itself. Every night we struggled to open the main front door. One time we were trying for 20 minutes and just got lucky when some people left the building meaning they opened the door. It made it stressful every time we were coming back from dinner in the evening.

The host was wonderful and gave perfect instructions on how to get in and reached out to us prior to our trip, which was nice. The room was very clean and spacious and the air-conditioning worked well as it was brutally hot while we visited. The shower was amazing and had wonderful pressure which is always a big plus for me! The only thing I wish our room had is a full length mirror in the room. There was one in the lobby area, but I think it’s great to have one inside the room. The hotel is very secure and less than a five minute walk to the metro station which was super helpful to get everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of high-end shopping between the hotel and the metro station! there is a grocery store and several cafés on the same block, which was wonderful. We unfortunately a wallet stolen on the train and lost our hotel key after hours. I was able to reach out to the host via WhatsApp and she immediately responded and gave us a way to get in so that was great service. we felt like we had everything we needed and would recommend this hotel and we would also absolutely stay here again!

Me and my wife recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Pros - we arrived at 11pm on our first night. Check in ended at 8pm but they got in contact with me over WhatsApp and arranged for someone to check me in but was at an extra cost of 30 euros The WhatsApp communication was good and easier than using Expedia. The location of the hotel is 15/20 minute walk from all the main tourist sites. This location is in the middle of Rome's main shopping street which I thought was quite good and just around the corner from the metro and Spanish steps. The neighbourhood and street it is located on is really nice and clean and has a really nice cafe next door. The is nice but furniture was stained and worn down although was clean, nice wide open windows too where you can view one of the bridges. Cons - the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a building where the other floors are occupied by living residents. It is a shared main door which is nearly impossible to open using the key they give you. Luckily after trying for 15 minutes a resident would come home and help us in or we buzzed another flat who let us in. All in all - I’d stay here again. It was a good price and very convenient and had everything we needed.

We got there earlier than expected. We were able to communicate with the staff & they were able to assist us with checking in. We had tours set up & weren't able to wait around until our room was ready; but the staff brought our bags in to the room. Very helpful & quick to respond.
