Giaccomo really made our stay in Rome excellent. The location was so convenient for using the transit system. The rooms were quiet, clean, and so comfortable. He also gave us great advice for sightseeing, and how to get there! We will definitely be staying at Tata again when we return to Rome!

We had a lovely family staying here. The host was great and we felt very early welcomed. The accommodation was spacious and clean. A free breakfast was included in a nearby cafe. It was next to the metro so very convenient for the Rome sights. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay, couldn’t have possibly been better. The room and apartment were squeaky clean and the bed was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Rome.

Area is very conveniently close to the metro making it easier to explore the city. The room was overall clean with some strands of hair on the bed. The breakfast coupons at Gastromania was perfect with a great selection of pastries and delicious espresso drinks and great vibe. Seems to be a local favourite as well. Kitchen has limited supplies so don't expect much there. Our only main concern was the shower as the warm water wouldn't last for more than a few minutes so we had to take turns showering in the day.

Es war ein sehr gutes Erlebnis. Giacomo, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Unterkunft liegt in der unmittelbaren Nähe von zahlreichen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus, Bahn) sowie von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten). Das Zimmer samt eigene Bad war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bar „Gastromario“ ist ein totaler Highlight!! Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Fenster können mit neueren Modellen ersetzt werden, weil man ein wenig Lärm vom außen hört.

清潔で綺麗に手入れされたホテル、ローマ滞在時非常に満足出来ました。スタッフ皆さん優しく、ホストのジャコモさんは、私が翻訳器でなんとかやり取りするのにも対応がとても丁寧で、少し時間を頂き美味しいレストランやpizza店を一緒に見て回りガイドしてくれました。エリアナさんも部屋や設備について丁寧に案内してくれました。共同キッチンにあるドリンクやお菓子を頂き、非常にリラックスできる環境でした。また、ローマに来る機会には是非立ち寄りたい非常によいホテルでした。

地下鉄の駅やバス停も近く、徒歩圏内にとても美味しいレストランもあり、立地は最高でした。 宿泊施設も少しわかりづらかったですが、お部屋はとても綺麗でシャワールームも広めでとても使いやすかったです。 鍵の開け方がわからずご迷惑おかけしましたが、その都度丁寧に対応していただきました。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

Charming, Clean, and Comfortable

Everything about our stay was perfect. Our room and bathroom were sparkling clean! It was so nice to have our own bathroom in our room. Giacomo was hospitiable and had so many great recommendations for us. He even stayed up very late to let us in (because our flight was delayed). The location is perfect! Only about a 10 minute walk to the metro. Overall this is a GREAT place to stay! We couldn't recommend it more.

Great B&B in central area

This B&B is located in a very central area with easy access to public transport. The host is very helpful and gave us excellent tips. The place is very clean and the room we stayed in was quite big. Excellent cost x benefit.

Está bien ubicado y las instalaciones son cómodas. Muy silencioso tanto respecto de los huéspedes que no son muchos (en la cocina pequeña pero muy bien puesta nos hemos cruzado con muy pocas personas) como del ruido exterior ya que se duerme sin sobresaltos. Estuvimos alojados en una habitación espaciosa con baño propio pero frente a la habitación. Después de un rato esto no es un problema. Además, Giacomo se encarga de resolver cualquier problema que pueda presentarse. No tengo comentarios negativos. me parece buena relación precio-servicios

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Rapport qualité prix extra. Un tout petit peu excentré des attractions touristiques mais métro au pied du bâtiment et finalement qu'à 30min à pied du colisé ! Accueil très agréable et chaleureux. Petit Dej à dispo dans la cuisine au top et chambre très belle et spacieuse.

Tolles B&B mit allem Komfort, super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis in toller Lage. Sehr netter Vermieter der tolle Tips gibt. Vor allem seine Restaurant Empfehlung in unmittelbarer Nähe ist hervorragend. Bei unserem nächsten Rom Besuch buchen wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wonderful place! The owner gave us perfect advises and so we might have had the best Pizza in town - great. The appartement is situated close to a bus stop and directly above a Metro Station, which made it easy to reach all sights. It was just GREAT. We will definetely come back. Absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Randlage - direkt an U-Bahn und Busstation. Extrem freundlicher Gastgeber, der einem tolle Insidertipps gibt (Essen, Ausflüge etc.). Sehr moderne, saubere Zimmer. Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

Fun B&B traveling with friends

The location was away from most of the tourist activity & we were not able to get out & roam without a plan. Once we learned the Metro system, we got along fine & there is a Metro station almost outside the building. That being said, the rooms were large & each room had their own separate bathroom. This is a 2nd floor "unit" with 4 bedrooms down a hallway with a kitchen at the end. No "living room" but the kitchen served as a place to congregate (3 couples traveling together). The owner was very helpful. He made sure the kitchen was stocked with breakfast/snacks and we had refrigerator access. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms stocked with appropriate items, the A/C worked well.
