Quiet luxury, sophistication and excellent hospitality! The location is perfect, close to all restaurants, shops and historical points of interests. From check in to check out, Oret, Frederica, Marco & Massimo all made our trip to Roma seamless! Warm hospitality and will definitely stay here again!

Hotel has a good location and it was cleaned every day. The bar downstairs and entertainment was good as well. We just had issues with our fridge in the room, which we requested to be checked or exchanged, but we were told we had too many drinks on it. We booked two rooms, the other room's fridge had the same amount of bottles

In the heart of Rome but still quiet somehow. We didn't have a view in that area (expected), but the room was large and great for our family (2 kids 8/10). We walked right out into the main shopping area and dining options, easily navigated. There was a bar in the lobby area that was in a different location around the corner, which seemed normal for that area. Communication and the staff were wonderful and so helpful with our arrival and transportation.

Beautiful hotel. They are redoing their floors and we were upgraded to a suite with a sauna in the room. How cool! Staff was extremely helpful and full of recommendations. Walking distance to sights, loads of shopping, and delicious restaurants. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

This hotel exceeded my families expectations! One of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was so helpful setting up car services from airport and then to cruise port. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

Good Hotel with Quirky Decor

Lovely quirky hotel in a very good location, close to the Spanish steps. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were large and individually decorated. Each floor had a different look. It was a shame that the bar was so expensive and that no breakfast is offered on site.

Neither Expedia or the property website mentioned anything about the entire building being under major construction, wrapped in black netting, surrounded by scaffolding, and highly dangerous thick cement dust everywhere. Unable to open windows, dust blows in room and throat burns. Management wouldn’t do anything about a refund but we had to leave for health reasons. The pictures do not at all accurately reflect the poor condition of the interior room. Much better hotels nearby. Total scam, do not stay. (Feb 2023).
