Noisy area - not good for resting!

We got the entire apartment which is lovely three actual bedrooms with three bathrooms and also another kitchen at room with a sofa so it was super spacious however very very noisy. There was a wine bar underneath our room and since we were on the first floor you could hear Everybody on the street, the construction that was happening for months that we should’ve been told about, and staying over a weekend was incredibly loud if you want a quiet place this is not it. And since we were gone all day long as tourist all we really wanted was a quiet place to sleep.

The host was wonderfully responsive and helpful. The room set up was great for our unique group of seven: friends and family. The location was in a good neighborhood and easily accessible. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Rome City Centre Experience

We took the entire apartment. It was three bedrooms three baths each room had an air conditioner each had a queen size bed in the next two were comfortable and it was clean. Danilo is a wonderful manager and owner and helped us with anything we wanted. He also was able to give advice on landmarks and how to get around including restaurants. We ended up loving his recommendation of Pampone and the other restaurants right around there. It is a true old-school Roman stay has a small kitchenette and all the necessities like an old school apartment clean and comfortable I recommend it.

Struttura pulita, curata e centralissima, zona molto tranquilla e vicina ai mezzi. Danilo è stato un fantastico pardone di casa. Gentilissimo, disponibile e prodigo di consigli per poter godere al meglio delle bellezze di Roma, anche delle più inaspettate. Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura il giorno del check out per poter girare più leggeri prima di prendere il treno. Torneremo sicuramente e speriamo presto!

Amazing place to stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to many of Romes most famous places. Rooms were large with modern and updated bathrooms! Would highly recommend!!

Danilo è una persona meravigliosa, super gentile, disponibile e davvero premuroso. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Roma cercherei di soggiornare da lui. Gli sto già facendo anche un ottima pubblicità con i conoscenti e gli amici. Room and bathroom we're clean. The host was friendly but hard to communicate with. Three days before check-in I message through Expedia and text to mobile phone but got no answer. An Italian tour guide was able to reach him by phone and sent up a time to meet, which was an hour later than he had specified 3 weeks earlier. It would have been stressful to stand on the street for an hour wondering how to connect with the host if we hadn't had help from a guide. Continental breakfast of a pastry and drink in the cafe at ground level worked out fine.

Good location.

As a B&B, it's not bad. It's part of a family business above a Cafe. We had to wait about 10mins on arrival as there was no one free to check us in. Quite pleasant to stay, great bed and bathroom. Staff very helpful. The position was great for us with family staying in another Hotel around the corner.

Close to Spanish steps

Great location close to Barberini metro station. Street a bit busy and noisy at night. Have to arrange arrival and meeting time as no reception available. Entrance to apartments a bit hidden; locked after hours. Facilities fantastic, clean and spacious. Welcomed by Danilo who showed us arround and provided us with a map and recommendations for our stay in Rome. He also kept our luggage for us after check-out and arranged airport transfers. You receive vouchers for a breakfast of coffee and pastries at the bar downstairs. Good value for money.

Big room and bathroom

Close to city center. Comfortable room, The only downside was breakfast which you get one coffee and one pastry of your choice from the shop on first level. Also parking is by chance. You may not find an spot on the street. No assaign parking.

Sleep in rome

Modern ensuite room within an apartment setting. The owner is very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and he spent some time when we arrived to show us some places to visit on the map. Breakfast is provided by the bar downstairs which is excellent. This hotel has no front desk and access on arrival is by a buzzer (which isn't in the arrival instructions). The area is fairly central- 10 minutes walk to the trevi fountain etc and 30 minutes to the colosseum. It did seem quite a busy area and if you want peace at night you might be better off somewhere else.

Very Nice Hotel and Great Staff

This hotel is really amazing, I was surprised by the comfort of the rooms, washrooms, how clean and tidy the rooms are, how great the location is, and on top of all the hotel staff was more than great. We booked two rooms for 5 people, with extra bed in one of the rooms; We spent two nights there. The hotel location is close to many major attractions in Rome, close to restaurants, shopping places, and hop on hop off buss stop is 50 m away. The hotel provides contenantal Italian breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples and individuals.
