Nice little B&B near Termini

Only a 5 minute stroll from the terravision bus stop and easy to find which was great. Check in was fast and Nadia the owner was lovely and very helpful. Within walking distance of the Trevi and Colosseum etc., and the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore is just around the corner. Coffee and tea facilities are in the hall outside room, as well as a microwave, so a comfortable stay with everything we needed.

Man muss nicht viel schreiben. Es ist mehr als nur zufriedenstellend. Tolles Hotel, sehr rein und super nettes Personal.

Gute Unterkunft für angemessenen Preis

Die Lage und Preis-Leistung waren super. Es liegt in einem Asiatischen Viertel mit vielen kleinen Shops nur wenige Gehminuten von Hauptbahnhof entfernt, wo auch Hop on Hop off Busse abfahren. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen aber waren immer sauber. Leider ging am Sonntag unsere Toilettenspülung nicht mehr. Daraufhin wurden wir auf Montag vertröstet nur da sind wir morgens bereits abgereist. Es gibt zwar auch eine Toilette auf dem Flur nur die war mit Putzsachen so zugestellt dass wir diese nicht nutzen konnten... Schade...

Good location, nice staff, but bad...

Even though the hotel is well located and the staff is polite, guests are required not to smoke, but someone who lives in the hotel do it. So the common areas smell to cigarette a lot, and sometimes you can feel that smell in the room as well.

Fiz uma compra e selecionei a opção com café da manhã. Cheguei na recepcao, que inclusive tem um cheiro horrível de cigarro, e a atendente disse que não tinhamos direito ao café. Disse que np voucher estava claro que comprei com café e a pessoa insistiu que não e ponto final. Foi isso. Fiz a compra de um produto, com a descrição clara, e obtive outro produto. Além disso, o hotel fica numa região deserta, suja, feia e perigosa.

Non mi è proprio piaciuto,un esperienza negativa!!

É un b&b comodo vicino alla metro,l'unica cosa che sono stato delusissimo è che non cambiano mai gli asciugamani,vi raccomando portateveli da casa,colazione molto misera con briosche in sacchetto dal supermercato!!!! WiFi non arriva segnale nelle camera.

Close to Central Station and Colosseum

The room was very clean and fitted with nice interieur. Its only 7 minutes to the central station roma termini, 20 minutes to colosseum and 30 minutes to city center.

We reserved a twin room and when we got to the hotel they had a double room prepared for us. They gave us another room when we asked for a twin (again). During our 7 days stay at the hotel our bed was not changed once nor were our towels.The only thing they did was make the bed and take out the trash, but on some days it didn't even looked like they swept the room. The hotel advertises free Air conditioning but we were asked for a 5 Euro/per night fee if we wanted AC.

Buona sistemazione senza molte pretese, colazione molto limitata solo cappuccino e brioche in un bar cinese. Per una notte si può scegliere questa soluzione, Aria condizionata a pagamento con extra di 5 euro a notte.

Hotel cerca del metro y estacion de trenes

La reserva fue para cuatro adultos, una cama grande y dos personales y nos ofrecieron la cama grande y una litera. Por lo demas servicios todo bien.

Pulito, in zona comoda

Il b&b è pulito. Si trova in una zona comoda soprattutto per chi arriva in treno. Non mi è piaciuta la totale mancanza di rapporto con chi lo gestisce (ho parlato solo con una signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi). Un giorno non avevamo più asciugamani perché li avevano tolti senza metterne di nuovi. Un'altra volta ho dovuto chiamare perché mancava la carta igienica. La colazione al bar vicino alla struttura non è una soluzione che mi piace. Il bagno molto piccolo e scomodo ( nessun gancio per gli asciugamani o mensole per appoggiare il necessario)

Nettes B&B

Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet. Man sollte keinen Luxus erwarten. Es handelt sich um für Italien typische Ausstattung. Enthalten waren in unserem Zimmer Klima, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und Handtücher / Fön. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof/Metro, sodass die wichtigsten Punkte Roms problemlos und in kürzester Zeit erreichbar sind.
