The room we had was perfect! Great location right next to the Colosseum, and other historical sites, along with plenty of restaurant choices within a two block radius. So glad we found this gem, and will definitely plan to stay again if we return to Rome.

This is a wonderful property and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The rooms are very clean, and it is a perfect location for exploring the coliseum and the ruins. The restaurants beside the hotel are excellent!

The location of this property is great, right next to the Colosseum and restaurants. The room and amenities were okay, nothing to brag about. There is no elevator so if you have a lot of bags like we did, its a pain, but the attendant does assist with the bags. The room was kind of small and didn't have any special amenities, just a bed, closet, and TV. Perfect for our purposes of just one day of rest.

The best part of this hotel was that it was located opposite the Colosseum and had endless dining options in the same building. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, my stay was good, and I will stay at the Royal Rooms Colosseo again.

Hotel was clean staff very friendly. Only thing to be aware of is there are stairs to climb to rooms and bar below that can get lound tell about 145 am. Great location and staff made great place to stay. 3 min to colosseum

I really enjoyed my stay here, the bed was very comfortable and the locates great? Lots of restaurants and across from collosem, the only thing l didn’t like was there wasn’t a lift and l have heart disease so it was a struggle, the people that run the place were very nice and l felt very safe there and they have great security, definitely worth staying at 😊
