Ok for couple of nights

Overall for this price is ok. The room was clean, the water was hot, location is pretty good. Never the less there was some important issues: - low signal of wifi - thin wall, so you can hear everything what neighbors are going (sounds of train behind the window in compare to it - nothing) - issues with humidity, so there was a mold on the wall

First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a clean place to sleep with a comfortable bed, and hot water. Next door to a decent restaurant and very close to Ostiense train station. But there are some problems. No elevator, so lug your bags up 2 long flights of stairs. Automated check-in with 3 different codes you need to know to get in. Unless you happen to meet the maid preparing the room, you won't see any person at this site. The train tracks are literally a few meters from the window. I was lucky. There was a train strike that night. Normally, I imagine it would be very noisy. If I had paid fifty euros, it would have been a good deal. But I paid a lot more and there are many alternatives that are a better value for the money.

Communication with property about check in was very poor, but room was clean and comfortable. Convenient to transportation, restaurants, stores and within walking distance of several sites. Right next to train tracks, but we were not there enough to be bothered by noise.

Some decorated rooms inside a "Haunted House"... with no elevator and no staffs visible... 1st night no a/c, 2nd day door keypad had no electricity, was locked out for 45 mins. This is NOT hospitality, this is GARBAGE... if there is a fire at night you might die inside.

piccolo e rumoroso, buona posizione

Ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla fermata Piramide. Stanza molto piccola e molto rumorosa (non solo per i treni, lo sciacquone della stanza vicino è come se fosse nella propria). Non c'è nemmeno spazio per un piccolo frigorifero che manca anche nello spazio comune (la cucina è a pagamento...). Potrebbe andare bene per giovani viaggiatori ma dipende ovviamente dal prezzo.

La stanza è carina, confortevole,pulita. Self check in facile. Purtroppo,per via della vicinanza con la ferrovia, la camera è oggettivamente rumorosa, soprattutto al mattino presto: non va bene per chi ha il sonno leggero. Posizione strategica per la metro e per la visita della città

Buena ubicación, segundo piso y comoda

Es un buen barrio tener en cuenta que hay que subir al segundo piso el baño angosto sin embargo es privado y limpio. Si tienes sueño ligero no recomiendo ya que cada 15 min se oye el tren pues estás al lado sino te molesta no se escucha tan fuerte. Instrucciones claras de cómo llegar e internet rápido me volvería a hospedar si volviera a Roma

Posizione comoda, nei pressi della stazione Ostiense: per questo motivo è anche un po' rumorosa di notte, essendo molto vicina ai binari. Anche la metro è a portata di mano.

Fin og pent rom utrolig bra beliggenhet med massevis av gode spiseplasser bare et steinkast unna. Eneste problemet vi hadde var at utleieren sendte ut en masse emailer hvor han maste om ID, turist skatt og betaling. Så jeg anbefaler stedet men anbefaler også å bare ta hånd om disse tingene med en gang slik at du slipper 2-3 email som blir stadig mer passiv agressive til dagen

El alojamiento esta cerca de transporte publico ,a dos paradas del centro.Habitación limpia con la única pega de que estas pegado a las vias.Imposi le dormir con el transito de los trenes que pasan tan frecuente.Es la única pega.

difficile parlare con lo staff

Quasi impossibile parlare con lo staff dell'ostello, che non risponde mai al numero di cellulare indicato in fase di prenotazione. In stanza non erano presenti gli asciugamani indicati invece come presenti in fase di prenotazione, creando un disservizio non da poco (siamo arrivati alle 21:30 quando non era neanche possibile chiederli a nessuno). Il check-in è fino alle 21, ma eravamo riusciti ad avvisare che saremmo arrivati leggermente in ritardo e siamo riusciti a non pagare il late check-in di 10 euro mandando degli amici a fare il check-in per noi. I binari del treno si trovano proprio sotto al palazzo, quindi ambiente rumoroso per riposare la notte, ma di questo a dire il vero dovevo essere consapevole vedendo la posizione dell'ostello nella mappa, quindi mea culpa. Visto il prezzo pagato abbastanza basso per la media di Roma, non posso lamentarmi del rumore, ma non lo raccomando, più che altro per la difficoltà nei contatti con lo staff, che avrebbero potuto risolvere il problema degli asciugami per farsi la doccia. Non abbiamo infine usufruito della seconda notte già pagata, spostandoci di albergo. La zona comunque rimane comoda essendo vicino alla stazione di Ostiense.
