Low Quality Room but not really low price

The room is very bad. There is no way to get fresh air from outside. No real window accessible from the room. Only from the bathroom. I had to pay additional fees just to have access to separated bathroom.

Roman holiday

The fact that it was across the street from Termini, the Rome Central station was the plus for us as our trip included train in and train out. All the energy of Rome is packed in this area: noise, great food aromas, music and car horns (hello, you are in Italia).

Funky place but totally fine since we were staying at the crazy busy Termini neighborhood. We had booked Roma Termini but were changed to a different address a block or so away that seemed to have been connected to RTI. We had our adult children with us so the 3 room apartment worked just fine.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezxo

Hotel comodo per chi come ha soggiornato a Roma per una notte perché avevo l'aereo presto la mattina. Molto vicino alla stazione Termini e alla fermata dello shuttle bus che porta a Fiumicino. Camera pulita e confortevole per chi non ha molte pretese.

Room for Improvement

Room services was mess. eg. Shower was not function good. The problem was reported (lastly we complained) to the hotel attendant for more than 6 times (twice a day, morning and evening). The evening attendant claimed that the morning attendant did not relay the message so that he did not have the picture of our request. We stayed 5 days 4 nights there. The problem was fixed on the 4th day after we compliant strongly. The services was rated unacceptable. Furthermore, electricity outage occurred almost every night.

Bien!

Estaba muy linda la habitación, amplia! Lo Único malo es que la nuestra daba directo a la recepción, por lo que era muy ruidoso, sobretodo por las noches. Al ser la recepción de 24hs, otros huéspedes llegaban por la noche/madrugada o por la mañana muy temprano, lo cuál resulta molesto para descansar porque se escuchaban las conversaciones a todo volumen.

False advertisement. Advertised stove (did not work; washing machine did not work. Elevator very small, however elevators in Europe are all small. It is close to train terminal and location of ‘Hop on Hop off buses. The rooms were very large. Nice and clean.

Meu objetivo era ficar próxima a Estação Roma termini. O hotel fica do lado da estação. Isso nos adiantou muito.

Worst, disgusting, not at all recommended

1. There was a weird smell in the room. When we asked for a room freshener, the receptionist said, she will check and get back, but never came with room freshener. 2. There was no proper ventilation in the room. 3. The shower pipe was broken. 4. When inquired about taxi for airport, the receptionist said it will cost €70, but I booked a taxi myself and paid only €30. This was a total cheating from the hotel.

Near train terminal and Airport bus shuttle

Clean and comfortable stay. Two minutes to train terminal and one minute to airport bus shuttle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value. Near restaurants and supermarket. We only needed one night but would stay longer. Kettle in room and other amenities like tea and coffee for a small fee.

Switched Rooms Four Times

I paid for a two-week stay (along with the nightly city tax) in a private room with a private bath, in advance. When I arrived at the hotel I was put in a room with a hostel environment and a shared bathroom. In the morning the staff gave me a croissant and cup of coffee for the inconvenience. The next few nights were fine, although this is definitely a cheap (but clean) facility! My plan was to travel around Europe for one week, which I made clear to the staff. When asked I told them I would be back in Rome around 16:00. I ended up missing my plane and was too busy trying to get back to Rome to think to contact the hotel (and since I had paid for the room for the entire time I was gone anyway it didn't seem relevant). When I arrived at the hotel at 22:30, they told me they had given away my room. So they sent me a couple blocks away to the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at--and I've stayed at some interesting places! I did receive a can of coke for my trouble, which I gave to the kind man who showed me where I was going to sleep. In the morning the man at the desk said I was supposed to stay there for another night. I immediately went to the other hotel and after some chatting was given a room. I'm not sure the staff had much control over what was happening. I would NEVER stay here again!!!

Reservamos o hotel apenas para passar cerca de 6 horas, com o objetivo de descansar antes do nosso voo, mas o local é confortável, o atendiemnto foi excelente, otimo ar condicionado e sinal de wi-fi, proximo da estação Roma Termini, muitas opções de refeições baratas nas proximidades, excelente preço.

A due passi dalla Stazione Termini

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per la maratona di Roma, viaggiavo con moglie e due bambini piccoli (6 e 2 anni). Il personale è molto gentile, abbiamo soggiornato presso una struttura vicina alla reception. Un po' scomoda la colazione che si trova in un bar a 100/200 Mt da dove dormivamo, pochissima scelta. Forse per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo di più. Camere comunque molto pulite e personale gentile.

駅に近いホテル

ホテルの看板は無く、インターフォンに表示されているホテル名を探さないといけないが、とにかく駅に近く値段も手ごろ。 夜中はフロントに誰もいなくなるが、早朝チェックアウトすると伝えておいたら、別の階の事務所のような部屋から見送りに出てきてくれた。 領収書を出してくれなかったのは？？？

Edullinen vaihtoehto lähellä kaikkea

Tämä vaatimaton hotelli sijaitsi erittäin hyvällä paikalla Termini-aseman läheisyydessä keskustassa.Täältä oli helppo lähteän katselemaan nähtävyyksiä, minnekään ei ollut kovin pitkä matka, ja bussit, metrot ja juna kulkivat ihan kivenheiton päästä.Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Nos costó encontrarlo ya que no hay ningún cartel en ningún lado. Es un portal en cuyo timbre pone el nombre del hotel. La apariencia inicial es muy pobre pero finalmente resulto un buen servicio y con desayuno incluido en una cafetería pequeña al lado del hotel. La habitación era bastante pequeña para 4 personas pero por el precio que hemos pagado no ha estado nada mal.

Hotel walking distance to Roma Termini Station

Hotel is less than 5 minutes walking from Termini Station. But, hotel has no clear signboard to approach. Hotel is inside a very old building where only has very small tag written on the street main door. If you not calling the hotel, for sure you are not able to locate the hotel. Heater is not working (it was 2c-8c) in Rome, and the room was freezing cold. Toilet facility also very poor where the toilet flush was very weak and the shower water pressure was very poor as well. If for backpackers, it could be an option for just the bed to overnight.

La peor experiencia.

La experiencia fue muy mala porque nos derivaron a un anexo a la vuelta. No se correspondía con las fotos. El servicio de limpieza malo a cargo de una persona de bangladesh que a duras penas entendía ingles y que insistía en limpiar la habitación a las 8 de la mañana cuando estábamos durmiendo y por cierto limpiaba mal.. Pero lo peor la seguridad, a las 5 de la mañana entraron dos borrachos a nuestra habitación. Cómo hicieron para entrar si había tarjetas individuales? Nos llevamos un susto de muerte. Por suerte no eran ladrones y a las 7 de la mañana después de haberlos echado seguían queriendo entrar. It was a very bad experience indeed. We could not stay in the hotel I had booked but in another one they sent us to around the corner, the room they gave us did not have anything to do with the photos... The cleaning service was very bad, the man cleaning could not speak Italian and barely English and he insisted in cleaning at 8 in the morning when we were there and sleeping and he did not clean well. But the worse was security. On the second night, at 5 in the morning,two drunk men came into the room. How could they enter when supposedly we had a personal card to get in? We got really afraid. Luckily they were not thieves but at 7 they were still around trying to get in.
